Michael, Caleb and team were absolutely outstanding. We have a new home and the contractor left the windows a horrible mess with paint, tape, stickers, caulking, construction dust etc. over all the windows. I had forgotten what really clean windows were until Technicare came. They cleaned the windows, screens, and sills inside and outside. They had a wonderful attitude which was so refreshing on many levels. Thank you Technicare for letting the sun shine through the windows so we can enjoy our days.

We highly recommend Technicare power wash for removing mildew/moss from your home siding. The Technicians were prompt and courteous and we are pleased with the final results.

Always do a great job. I use them for window, grout and carpet cleaning services. I never have to worry about repair to my wood or wall damages when they are done.

Technicare provided great service. The communication back and forth was timely, they provided reminders as the service drew closer, the employees were friendly and efficient and our carpets look amazing. We are very pleased and will definitely contact them again in the future.

I have used Technicare for the last 20 yrs. They do an outstanding job. This time I had traffic patterns that were really dirty and I didn't know if it could be cleaned. When the boys were done, carpet was great!

If I could give Technicare 1000 stars, I would!!! They have cleaned my carpets many times. They even cleaned my breezeway. Every time it was 'perfection.' The cleaning crew is always focused, professional, respectful and pleasant. I wouldn't let anyone else clean my carpet or power-wash my property.

This is a warning about Colliers. Beware of Colliers. Once, they power-washed the garage where I resided. That is a horrible company. They do 'not' care about your property or your cars. They couldn't care less. Please, don't ever hire Colliers. You will regret it.

They deliberately skipped an area in the garage and left it filthy. It was the dirtiest area and needed cleaning the most. Also, one of them smoked a lot of cigarettes on the job and left them on the garage floor at the entrance. Smoking isn't allowed there and there were two (2) signs indicating that was a non-smoking area. Worst of all, they power-washed my brand-new 2024 car. In addition, they power-washed many other beautiful, expensive cars. Our cars were covered 'all over' with dirt, grime and I don't know what all covered our cars. Could barely see out the front car window to get it to the car wash. Colliers showed no respect for cars or the non-smoking policy and I would give them an 'F' for results since part of the garage was filthy after they left and they left cigarettes for someone else to clean up. I am still trying to contact them to request that they reimburse me since I had to get my car cleaned. No one will return my voice mail messages. I am sure there are quite a few irate tenants and rightly so.

The crew that came to do our window washing was absolutely amazing. Super professional and courteous. They did an awesome job, were respectful of our home and when they left our windows were sparkling clean. They really took great care not to make a mess in our house, too. Second time I hired Technicare for 2 separate services. The first was duct cleaning which was recommended by our furnace technician. I was a bit uncertain as to the value of this service, however, 1 month from the service being provided, the decrease in the amount of dust in the house and my partner’s allergies improving, it was well worth the expense. Most recently we had Technicare clean our windows and screens. I was amazed by the quality of the service and how wonderful it is to have clean windows and almost invisible screens. Great service and professionalism from both crews. Highly recommend!

Update, I just used Technicare to clean carpets and our sectional which included stains from a spilled cup of tea. It looks great as does the carpet. Can’t recommend Technicare enough !

I appreciate seeing the same technicians several years in a row. It tells me that Techicare treats their employees well, and it is clear they know what they are doing. Highly recommend them.

We have used Technicare for several years and multiple services (which is great for scheduling) - mostly window and carpet cleaning. Their quotes have either been either competitive or lower for any service I've researched. Scheduling has always been smooth with lots of communication, and the technicians have been prompt, professional, and good. Pat and Jacob did a whole house carpet clean and were great. We also had our roof assessed for recent hail damage. The technician did not find anything of note but did bring to my attention a downspout that no longer evenly met with the drainage pipe, thereby pouring water down the foundation of our home. He offered that Technicare could fix this, but we chose to fix it ourselves. We really appreciated the care Jym took to notice things other than just the roof and bring problems to our attention.

Before putting our house on the market, we asked our Technicare team to do the best they could to clean a problematic basement carpet. There were several deep, compacted-carpet dents and also some unexpected dark rust stains (from bottom of furniture leg) that were pretty severe. We just hoped the team could help the carpet rise to the level of adequacy. However, the team did a stunning job of cleaning the carpet -- in well less than an hour, I should add. Not only did they get the carpet stunningly clean, but the rust stains magically vanished and the overall texture nicely evened out the compacted areas. The scent of their cleaning products was subtle and nice. We were stunned and delighted by the improvement, to say the least! I highly recommend Technicare.

I actually had to reschedule once due to rainy weather, and there was no problem doing this. Guys that came were great, and even heard me injure myself in the garage while they were working ( and curse loudly before leaving for the ER). They were very accomodating and did a great job!

The men who came to do the vent cleaning were professional and cared about their product. They were careful with the equipment they brought in the home and were efficient with their time.

We contracted Technicare Home Pros to clean carpet, clean LVT and replace caulking in our kitchen. The carpet and LVT went quickly and looks great. The first time around the caulking wasn't up to our expectations, and partly because it was a challenge with our countertops. We relayed this to THP and they immediately sent Ray out to remove the caulking and redo it. This time around it looks perfect. Great job!

The technicians showed up promptly and worked very efficiently to clean all the carpeting in our office. In addition, they were kind and respectful. The carpeting looks as good as new! We will be using them again next time!
