Great work on our roof and gutters. Our project manager, Steve, was always happy to help and answered all my questions. When the initial chosen color of the gutters was discontinued he came out same day to re-swatch and found something that looks great. For the roof, gutters and gutter guards I think the price is fair and the installation was clean. Steve put me at ease during the install, sending me updates as it occurred, as we were out of town during. It worked out perfectly and the work was tidy. Couldn’t recommend Steve and Finn enough. Both were very pleasant to work with. Thanks!

From start to finish with the process of getting a new roof, we were extremely happy with the service we got from Just Roofing USA. We worked with Wes and Sam, and both guys were always happy to answer questions, showed up on time every time we needed them, and explained everything in a way that we could understand. I highly recommend Just Roofing USA! The staff is very professional, reliable, detailed and efficient in their work. Several of them are OLHS graduates and it’s great to support a local company that is very dependable and affordable.

After all the recent storms we noticed that our water was falling over the top of our gutters. I needed someone to come out and get on my roof and inspect not only our gutters, but our roof as well. Wes came out and climbed up and did a thorough inspection and told us that yes, we did have gutter guards (the previous owner told us she had them out on) and that they were very nice gutter guards. The problem was the petals from our Magnolia tree were laying on top of the gutter guards and preventing the water from going into the gutters. He also told us that despite the recent onslaught of hail, our roof was fine and didn’t need replaced. He charged us a nominal fee and swept all of the magnolia petals off of the guards. I would highly recommend Wes and his company and will definitely call them again when, not if, we have another hailstorm!

Jason has done a great job and Just Roofing USA walked with me every step of the way! We are very proud with the project that was completed and will be using them again for other projects that may come up.We will definitely recommend them to family and friends

All in all, these guys are very respectful and quick to take action and we have already started recommending them to our neighbors!

I’ve had roofing and window companies out several times to diagnose and correct a problem that allowed water to leak in above our family room window during heavy, wind-driven rain. Jason personally examined the roof and apparently diagnosed the root problem correctly. His crew came out a couple of weeks ago to remediate it. We had another heavy, wind-driven rain last night and our window remained dry. Moreover, Jason called this morning to confirm that his corrective work was successful. Jason provides outstanding customer service in addition to highly effective roofing products and service.

We were very fortunate to hire Just Roofing USA. I work 2 jobs and time is one thing I don’t have. I called them because I had a roof leak in my business and don’t know the first thing about roofs other than they are supposed to keep you dry. They were quick to come out and see what the issue was and gave a more than fair quote I told them to go ahead thinking it would be a week or two before anything would be fixed and they went ahead and fixed it that day. I hope to not have issues with my roof again but if I do I won’t think twice about calling them.
