Highly recommend! Five stars all the way. I was having sewer problems for the past couple of weeks. My sewer problem became unbearable after a flash flood. I called Sam after hours and he told me Don't worry, I'll be there. He arrived within minutes and started the job. His pricing is reasonable and fair. Again, I highly recommend giving him a call if you're dealing with a nightmare plumbing issue.

I had an emergency at 10:30pm. My main sewer line was clogged and water was backing up into my first floor bathroom. I called ASAP Plumbing - they came within 40 mins of my call, fixed the issue immediately, and recommended some steps to avoid further issues going forward. This is my second time using them and would highly recommend! Very professional and courteous.

Had a leak in our kitchen sink. Called Sam after reading all his 5 star reviews. He came the same day and installed a new faucet and pvc pipe. He was quick, efficient and nice. . Good to know I have a new plumber.

We had an issue with our downstairs bathroom and slop sink backing up due to grease and other stuff narrowing our main out to the street. We had an emergency problem with our diverter in our wall. The issue was broken by previous plumbing service in our building. I am so thankful for Team ASAP as they were able to come to our location. Remembered our family. Fixed the problem plus some additional issues we had as well. The cost was very reasonable. This is truly amazing company with an amazing worker! We are scheduled for additional work with them in July because I trust them and they have always done a great job.

Sam is a kind and helpful plumber! We needed him to replace a sink in our bathroom. He was super communicative via text and when he came to do the job, we discovered we had ordered the wrong sink. He still replaced the valves and then reinstalled the old sink so we could have a functioning bathroom until the correct sink arrived. This was so nice and an extra pain which was entirely our fault. I had a great experience with sam and asap home improvement , I called late yesterday evening for a clogged sink and sam answered right away and told me he’d be there the next day. He arrived a lot sooner than he told me he would which was great since I didn’t have to wait for him all day. He was super efficient and very informative on what the issue might be and was great at communicating what he was doing step by step. Sam was also kind and helped clean up the bathroom after he finished the job. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again if I need any plumbing fixed!

The area of lower Westchester is probably one of the worst areas for plumbing/appliance repair costs and services. I've gone through a number of vendors resulting with a wide range of absolutely poor service (off-center faucet replacement) to excellent service. It really feels like a game of Russian roulette out here. Our washer was draining on the floor. Brought in a washer tech and it turns out the issue was not the washer to my relief but to my horror the drain pipe connected at the main sewer line had rotted away. I scanned Google search and found Team ASAP Home Improvement. I saw all the 5-star reviews. I was skeptical. I'm relatively wary of perfect 5-star reviews for any vendor. But as soon as I called the number, Sam answered and said he'd be at my home within two hours. Sent him photos and video of the broken pipe. To my surprise, he came earlier than expected. Immediately recommended two options - one would be a bigger project in repair if from the main line and the other was to simply replace the connector. He had a can-do attitude and was out the door to gather parts. He came back and within an hour was completely done with the repair. I've run the washer and so far, I don't notice further leaking. It's still quite a mess in the basement so I'll have to wait for the floors to completely dry out before I test again. I don't know what's considered a reasonable price but at least the job got done quickly and without a fuss. Thanks, Sam!

I have used them at least 3 times in the past and this time around, they immediately picked up the phone even though it was fast approaching Friday night. I discovered there was a leak in one of the pipes in my bathroom. A potential crisis in waiting. They calmly assessed the situation and gave their honest opinion and saved the day. I wanted to change my bathroom sink faucet but the valves weren’t working to turn off the water, the pipes and water trap were very old which could cause me issues in the future. Team ASAP home improvement took care of everything and was very prompt attending to my issue. They did the job efficiently and charged reasonable prices. Samba showed up promptly after our calling him without a heads up to fix an emergency situation in my home. A pressure release valve had failed on my tankless water heater and needed to be replaced after having caused flooding in our basement area. He asked for pictures of the situation so that he could make sure to bring the necessary equipment. He fixed the problem and also made recommendations of some preventative measures we could take. We had him come back the next day to do some of the preventative work as well. This was the third time we’ve called on him and each time he was prompt, efficient, and effective. He’s a great guy to have in your contact list.

Sam was a huge help. I was doing a toilet replacement, but once I got the old toilet out, I realized I was in too deep and needed a pro to cut out and replace the old soldered valve, as well as replace a new main shutoff valve in the basement. He came on a Sunday morning, same day I called, and did those valves as well as replaced 5 other sink and toilet valves. Worked quickly, was courteous and kind to my wife and children and prices were reasonable. Having him come back tomorrow to cut down and replace and seal the toilet flange/ floor and install my new smart toilet.

Samba to the Rescue - again! Two years ago I had an outside pipe burst on a Sunday morning on the coldest day of the year. I found Samba from a google search, he came right away and had everything repaired and our water running again in just hours. And given the circumstances, his price was more than reasonable.
This time, we woke on a Saturday morning with no hot water. I called Samba at 9:30am; he was at my house within the hour and assessed that our (very old) hot water heater had finally died. Somehow, he was able to find a high quality new hot water heater and had it installed and our hot water running again by 2:30pm. Less than 5 hours!
Samba also took a few minutes to look at some other plumbing issues around my house that weren’t emergencies (yet). He is knowledgeable, skilled, honest and good natured — I’m going to call him for all of my plumbing needs from now on!

I was looking for someone to install a new faucet and called Team ASAP based on all the good reviews. They came in a few hours installed the faucet and redid the grouting around the backstop.

Communication was great and the job was done perfectly. But I just can't believe how well they live up to their name, getting the work done a few hours after I first called them. I expected to wait at least a few days. ASAP indeed!

There was some miscommunication on my part about the grouting. I texted them after they left and they came back the next day (ASAP!) and updated the grouting.
