I rarely write reviews but have to give 5 stars to Harold. He was willing to show up on a Sunday night but we rescheduled for the next morning - was right in the window and did a great job diagnosing and fixing our drain. Was very professional and considerate, covered our stairs as well to avoid any potential damage. Will definitely be our go-to from here on.

As advertised, Harold was available 24/7. He answered his phone outside of normal business hours, was available promptly, arrived on time, and worked patiently and efficiently to fix a clogged house trap. He was professional and friendly, explained the work he’d done and cleaned up well after the job. Hopefully we won’t need drain services again soon, but when we do we’ll call Harold.

Harold was on time, friendly, down to business. We had a nasty sewer backup, and he unplugged it, then drained and cleaned out the maybe 10 gallons of raw sewage that had pooled in a floor area. He disinfected it all, and was in and out in less than 2 hours total. Very very satisfied, and I'll call him again if I need a plumber in the Riverdale area. Felt like a nightmare yesterday, but all a memory today. Also I was actually pleased he couldn't do it all at once since he had another appt yesterday evening. So he did the main part of the work last night, and came back this morning to do the cleanup. Glad he didn't sacrifice those other people. I really appreciate the reliability of not being late to me or anyone else's work. Quality plumbing work all around.

Great service. Called Harold first thing in the morning and he came within the hour. Cleared a totally clogged bathroom sink and a very slow draining tub. Finished in half an hour. Cleaned up thoroughly. Very nice guy. All good!

Harold did an excellent job! He was able to snake out and clear our main sewer line, and also completed a camera inspection, including marking the areas where the line is below ground outside! Very professional and respectful, he also took care not to damage the floors or walls, and he did a thorough cleanup too.

Excellent service. Very responsive and timely to inspect existing sewer drainage pipe with two video cameras. Fair price and provided video recording. Marked also the location of the sewer line connection to the main line in the backyard.
