We had a wonderful experience with Teakwood. A friend recommended them and they were attentive to detail and prompt to respond to any inquiries every step of the way. We used them for an extension to our home which included a full inlaw suite apartment, new two car garage, residing the house, replacing the roof, and renovating all our existing bathrooms (along with other little things as well). Stephen designed and created beautiful spaces that are both comfortable and functional. Our project manager was always available and couldn’t have made us happier. We made little (and large) tweaks along the way that he was always willing to work through with us. As we were living in the project through the home renovation, they always took great care in attempting to keep from inconveniencing us. We also have a special needs son with a lung condition who was on a ventilator at home at the time, and they went above and beyond to ensure any dust was kept to a minimum in our living spaces. Anytime we found any tiny issues, they were always prompt in repairing it (which I can say from experience is rare amongst project managers in other home renovations I’ve been through). In any renovation, there will always be bumps along the road, but Teakwood will ensure that from start to finish you will be more than satisfied with your project!

I live on a dirt road where Teakwood just finished building a new home. The construction process degraded the road a tiny bit. This company came in and basically rebuilt the entire road. They did not have to do this much work on the road. I can’t thank them enough for doing that. If they do this type of thing for the road I can’t believe how good they must be building a house.

I had a garage built buy Teakwood Enterprises last year and had excellent results. The owner of the company was easy to work with and made sure all work was completed on schedule. The company provides great customer service and backs every promise.

Real pros at this place. We had been open to investing in a solar system to produce our electricity for several years. So when we built a new home, we were sure to have one of the roofs sloping due south. Teakwood installed 28 325 watt panels in June and now we're paying $$ZERO for electricity and even have enough capacity to get an electric car in the near future. We talked with four contractors and only Teakwood was able to give us clear guidance, advice and direction. The only delay we experienced was in obtaining approvals from our utility company who certainly doesn't want to lose customers. I think if we'd used another contractor, it would have taken even longer. Their price was right in the middle of all our options, but they were also the only contractor willing to install on the roof and provide a warranty against leaking. I highly recommend them to you without reservation.

Stephen, the builder with Teakwood, is the real deal. He is a person of integrity, character, and is a quality person. He sits down and talks with you. Not a seller. Not a real estate agent. He gets back with you promptly and is an excellent communicator. Very skilled.

Started with a solar energy project, Trent was extremely knowledgeable and infinitely patient answering every one of our 10,000 questions. Installation was impeccable, great crew, happy to have them here. It works just as he said. Next, met Stephen to discuss an addition to our home. He is thoughtful, detailed, responds promptly to emails, is a creative problem solver, understood and met our needs. Again, great crew, excellent work.
