Thomas and his crew did an outstanding job with our tile roof repairs. His explanation, knowledge & professionalism regarding our roofing needs was wonderful. Thomas’ communication throughout the process from start to finish was great. I appreciated the hard work of his team and their attention to detail. Thomas quoted me a very fair price at the beginning of the job, more materials wound up being needed & used, but Thomas stuck with his original quote/price. PS: Don’t be afraid of the “pay half at startup”. It seemed fair that if we couldn’t get happy at the end of the day, he had the cash to pay his crew to come back and make it right the next day. For me it all worked out in one day!

Thomas was very professional and address all my roofing issues. We had some tiles blow off in a windstorm - he did a full inspection for free (even used a drone which was cool) and we agreed on a good price. He knocked it all out quickly. I did get quotes from other roofers and Thomas didn’t try to upsell me a full roof like some others. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who has roof issues.

We used TDP Contracting to repair/replace facia and soffit on our home that was badly in need of repair. Thomas and his team did a great job, and were professional throughout. He explained everything that was needed in simple terms and did not try to upsell me on things that weren't needed. The team power washed the entire home, scraped/sanded all wood trim as needed, applied wood filler in repairable areas, and sealed all wood trim as needed. They painted all wood trim or repairs with a high quality Dunn Edwards paint, and repaired stucco. Their price was extremely fair for the amount of work and expertise they provided. We had a great experience with Thomas and his team. He came out for estimate , provided his estimate via email and clearly listed what we had talked about . He was able to provide us different pricing options to go along with various projects we wanted to do . His team came out and completed the work in 3 days , they moved what they needed to and place it back when done . Our paint job looks clean and our home repairs were completed to our specifications . Thomas and his brother were nice guys , welcoming and checked in with us through out the process for any questions or concerns . Spoke to Tom yesterday afternoon, he gave me a quote over the phone. Was there the next morning and time and completed the job. He took a number of photographs and explained to me areas of my roof that may need work done in the future. Time is respectful, polite, hard-working, honest, and has a great sense of humor. TDP Contracting Services replaced our 22 year old roof. We had Thomas, the owner, look at a small leak that we had in one of our upstairs bedrooms. While he was on site, he gave us an overview of the process to repair the roof to correct that leak. By the end of the day we had received a detailed written estimate with 3 options — repairing the immediate need causing the leak, repairing the leak along with a larger area around the leak, and replacing the entire roof. We decided to replace the entire roof. Thomas and his crew were very professional through the entire process and completed the job ahead of schedule. Any questions we had were promptly answered. Used TDP for fixing an extended patio roof . Thomas and Alex met us and were really professional . They explained the current condition , provided us an option to repair or build a new one .. Their pricing was very good. I went with the option of building a new roof and i got a multi year warranty on the workmanship and roof .

WORK PERFORMED: Repair and replace tiles, batten, and underlayment by last week's monsoon wind and rain.
RESPONSE AND ASSESSMENT: I contacted 3 roofers through Thumbtack the day after the damage. TDP was the first to respond. Thomas (Owner) was able to perform an on-site assessment. His Inspection was thorough and he provided a clear, detailed estimate of work. His was not the lowest bid, but VERY reasonable. And because of his customer-focused business approach and prior ratings, I went with TDP Contracting.
COMMUNICATION: By far one of his biggest assets. He kept me well informed throughout the entire process; of procuring necessary supplies, the date his crew would be at the worksite, and length of time needed to complete the project.
ATTENTION TO CLEAN UP: Unlike some other roofing companies ratings, TDP Left the work site cleaner than before they started work.
CONCLUSION: I recommend TDP Contracting without hesitation for any roofing needs.

Thomas was great, And quick to Respond, Him and his crew did some roof repair, Painted the entire house, And installed new gutters, in front and back. Found TDP contracting on the thumbtack app and was glad I did, Thomas came over to look at some weak spots on my ceiling/roof where water had leaked and made me feel so much better after he did. Thomas was very honest and upfront about everything including pricing and the work that would be done he asserted me he could fix the repairs on my roof/patio so no further leaks would happen when other roofers just quoted me on a brand new roof without even trying to fix it first. Ended up going with Thomas, really hard working man with integrity, who ended up not only patching my roof with his magic sealant stuff but it also helps repel heat and helps keep my AC bill down saving me money! Had some serious thunderstorms hit 8/15 and boy was I glad I had gone with TDP contracting, would of been hurting with puddles of water inside my house if I didn't that's for sure. We recently had our home painted by TDP. Thomas was upfront and straightforward about our job. Our house was prepared and painted within 24 hours of our first meeting with Thomas. The painters were very professional, fast and detailed. They had our 1400 sqft house prepped looking brand new in less than 5 hours, just amazing! Estimated materials needed was spot on with very little paint left over. They also made some stucco and entry drywall repairs included. The price that was quoted was the price we paid. We had considered doing the painting ourselves to save money. We're now so glad we had TDP do it for us. Money well spent!
