After calling and then telling us they work on our truck, we literally broke down in the parking lot only for them to tell us they don't work on it. Had to spend $400 to get it towed across the street as they won't let anyone else come on property to help get us back up and rolling.

Will in parts is the man. The parts department does some serious numbers daily and Will took the time to chase an unknown hose down for me and saved my life

Since posting the first review, the GM reached out to me and agreed i was over charged. They sent me a check back for about $850. I really speciation a business admitting a mistake and correcting it. The following is my first review. Don't know really how to rate them. At the end of the day they did me fixed and on the road. The process to get there was atrocious. I drive a 45 foot rv with a cummins 450 isl 9 engine. I was referred by bay diesel in red bay to use this facility. I showed up on Friday, they got me right in and gave me an estimate. I don't know enough about replacing the gasket on a manifold to know how many hours it should take. They would not let us stay in the rv on property so was yold me to go find a campground (30 minutes away) and they would start on Monday. Got a call about an hour later saying they forgot to get pictures for the warranty company and to drive back in Saturday so they could get pictures. So i did that. After 3 hours finally got someone to take pictures, I basically had to help them do the whole thing. Came back Monday morning for the work and found out that they hadn't even submitted the pictures we took on Saturday. Left the rv and supposedly they started working on it. Called back Monday around 4pm to get an update. Found out they hadn't done anything yet because they didn't have the tools to get the engine cover off/ didn't really know how to do it. I told them that if they had trouble to call me and I would help. I would have been happy to run and get the tools, but no one called me. So, day 1 was wasted. They finally got me out the door on Wednesday. In the mean time found out that my warranty was only going to cover the repair for 7 hours of labor. They charged me for 15 hours at $215/ hour. One of the reasons I have the warranty is so that I'm not being "screwed" by a repair shop for repairs and time they aren't authorized by the book. I hate the feeling when you have no control over a situation and you are at their mercy and they take full advantage of the situation. Wouldn't give me my keys unless I paid the whole thing. I'm going to look into filing a complaint with the state of Mississippi, because no one should be treated like this. They did a max of 9 hours working on the rv and charged me for 15. If you do business with these people beware!!!! They might treat truckers with more respect, not sure. But if you have an rv be cautious. The only reason I have them 2 stars instead of 1 is that the mechanic did fix the problem.

Needing engine work done on our motorhome. There were good and bad parts to our experience. They did work with the warranty company and were very through with that. I think they over charged us in labor as they did no work on the motorhome all day Monday. They could have called us to get help getting access to to engine through the back closet. That would have saved 1 full day of work.

These guys were great!! I took my old alternator over to see if they could help me pull the pully off and they did. They also had a random bolt I needed. They were a life saver. Back out on the road in no time. Definitely use them if you're in town. Thanks again, Guys. Much appreciated!!

I had an issue with my truck all my gauges, warning gauges, traction lights everything coming on took it down there was there at 7 AM when they opened. They were looking at it by 7:30 10 o’clock problem solved and fixed Quick service nice friendly people the lady that works in the office that checks you in. I hope everything went well with your daughter. She was one of the nicest ladies I’ve ever met in my life really enjoyed talking to her.

I can't leave positive enough of a review. I came in on a Saturday afternoon with a derating truck. They got me in and out the door with a new DEF Pump in less than an hour. The service advisor and tech were both very friendly and professional

Always a great experience at this facility. Techs, parts, and service dept employees are outstanding. We have a diesel pusher that they preform all the service work on. They know the meaning of customer service.

Excellent service! They found what 3 other shops didn't. Got us back on the road as soon as they could.

Nice small town dealership with a big city facility. I had a fault code pop up. Shop pulled me right in and quickly diagnosed the problem. Notified me that they couldn't complete the repair because it was late in the afternoon. However, they told me that they could make repair very first thing the following morning. Service Dept handled all of the warranty pprwrk. I forgot to get the technicians name, but he was awesome as well. Thanks TAG Truck Center Tupelo.

They were able to get me in first thing at 7am. I had a warranty repair and needed dpf filters. They gave me a quote I could not refuse based on my research from multiple shops. If I’m ever this way again and need work will definitely stop here.

My first experience visiting a Freightliner dealership was God sent. Bryson Coats is literally one of the most honest and solid sales rep I ever met. Ask for him by name he will take his time to make you understand the process

Unbelievable service. In and out in less then a day. I didn't loose any money from truck being at the shop.

Fantastic service and incredibly fast! Really helped me out of a bad situation with professional care and experience that really shows!

If that is the case, all of them have good reviews, so the next time I can not fix the truck by myself, this will be the place where I will bring my truck because most of the shop I brought my truck on the past did not fix my truck that is why most of the truck problem in the present, I fix it by myself so the next time I cannot fix it, this will be my destination.

Fast professional service writers and technicians are excellent. They get to your truck the day you bring it in, and keep you posted as to needed repairs and cost.

They helped me to diagnosed the truck noise…..The best service and very efficient mechanic. I would highly recommend for every truckers! Thank you!

Hotel was very clean & quiet.

I've only been here once but my impression of this facility is very positive. The staff were very friendly and the shop bays were very clean. The drivers lounge has nice reclining chairs and a big TV also a couple of vending machines, showers and a laundry. You cannot stay overnight in the parking lot but a truck stop and hotel are within 3 mins walk.

Our motorcoach broke down and was towed to TAG! Repairs done very well and as expected a couple of other issues identified and fixed before sending us on our way. We were down 10 days due to slowness of our warranty company and then a small issue of parts. Their mechanics and technicians are top notch! Service advisors did a great job of communicating status. Thank you Andrea and Jesse and all of them during this ordeal ! Amy the customer experience person was great in keeping us abreast of what was going on and helping getting answers. They gave us access to the coach to get items we did not foresee the need to get on day 1!

If an RV owner needs service in this area I highly recommend this Oasis location!

I am very pleased with the service we received and hope you understand I do not want to have to go back but if in the area and the need arises we will do so with confidence!

Austin is the man! He worked on my truck for 8 hours, he kept up till he found a bad ground. It was a loose ground and that was the problem!

Quick turn around and our mechanic, Justin, was very knowledgeable and they communicated well with us, so we could keep everyone relying on us updated.

İ came here for a sam's cab issue.They were fast honest and helpful.Antony helped me a lot.
