TA Truck Service - Deming, NM

Dips in parking lot make this location an adventure when parking. Holes in the pavement make it almost possible to hid your entire truck/trailer/rv in a spot to hide from the cops. I wish they would care about trucks just as much in their parking lots, as they do about the ones in their shop!

My tire pressure light came on a few miles away from the Petro truck stop. I stopped to check right outside the truck repair center and it had a giant tear. Cody, Tristyn, and Manuel were so helpful and offered to put the spare on for me. Excellent service.

Tristyn and his crew at the TA Service shop were ANGELS! We had a blowout and it was raining and our jack didn't raise all the way to switch out our spare. Came in for a hub oil leak at 10pm and a flat tire. Mechanic told me he couldn't fix the hub because water got into it and the parts were rusted. Said that I had to wait for the morning mechanic because he wasnt certified to fix it. But the morning mechanic had a road service call in the morning and wouldnt be available till 10am. But he also didn't patch my flat tire, went home for the night and left everything for the morning mechanic to do. The morning mechanic wasnt available till 12pm not 10am. And once he looked over my truck he told me that the night shift mechanic was able to fix my hub and my tire if he wanted to but he was probably just being lazy and wanted to go home for the night.

Once the mechanic actually started working on my truck he finished the job in 2 hours, but I had to wait for 14hrs before he was available to start working on my truck. There were no other trucks ahead of me in the shop. I was the only one there.

Didn't block off the fuel pump now I'm waiting for them to call the help desk to void transaction instead figuring out how to fix the issue the fat girl keep smacking and popping her gum even when your talk to her that's all she does unprofessional incompetent useless waste of space.

I stop here to get some Food and I noticed there is no buns so I started to look for some else to eat and mins later dude with the glasses at work at the front desk talking about he saw me eating the hotdogs ‍♂️and if I am going to pay for them or go over camera. I told him let’s go over the camera tell me why he like sorry u did not. Can’t even look for something to eat with out been harassed.

I'm very disappointed. We had a rim situation on our trailer about 18 miles away. When I contacted them, they gave me an estimate of $670.00. When the driver got there, he said that I also needed a new tire, and he happened to have it available when he came. When he was done, he said we owed them $1,678.08!!!!! Highway robbery!!! He took my husband's driver's license and said he would not get it back until we showed up at the office to pay.
We didn't have that kind of money. I begged the office lady to please give us a discount, and she would not touch her heart to give us not even a 10%. NOTHING! She did not care one bit. I had to borrow the money to pay them. We had to deliver a load. What other choice did I have?
I'm glad the tire and rim were replaced, but I felt we were taken or abused because of the circumstances.

Yeah there website says bus repair well I pulled in with a tumble weed sticking out of my radiator of my ford bus with 7.3l diesel and was told by the woman up front they wont work on ford busses so here I am trying to find a tow out of there parking lot I don't understand why

Massive pot holes in the truck area, but the very tasty Iron Skillet American Burgers made it worth it. Busy but good spot to stop, especially if you have a 40+ foot RV.

t 20:38, I placed an order to change 1 tire, and at 20:43 I received an email saying that the order arrived, and at 21:30 I had to wait for 2-2. 30 hours for order confirmation. After 2 orders. At 1:30 the previous truck left. When I asked again, they said that there are 2 cars in front, and I have to wait at least 3 hours. But my order was registered at 22:10. I made a reservation with my trainer before I arrived and reconfirmed my reservation upon arrival. But the truck that was repaired before me left, and after placing 2 more orders, they said it would be my turn... I waited for 15 minutes when I saw that there was no truck at 4:35. They wouldn’t talk to me so when I went to ask again at 5:05 there were 2 employees. There was a problem with his phone, he was about to call, he said to bring a truck now... But the employee who changed the tire quickly replaced it. I would have understood if I had been told about the long wait when I first ordered and when confirming my order... If you plan on work and time, choose another place for maintenance!!! But if you want to waste time, tell lies, and get bad service, choose Petro Deming repair shop.

All your trucking needs under one roof. Way more paid parking than free, but its becoming like that at most truck stops except loves.

This place is super clean, and the technicians are professional and caring. Manager,Butch Houdyshl, Technician Anthony & TSA Jesica were absolutely knowledgeable and professional at what they provided.

This TA is straight 'FIRE'
Mike the main mechanic saved my butt. Pete was going into derate.

Mike, got me into a stall and started a regen within minutes.

After the process, he was able to clear codes and get me on the road.

All the other shops were closed on Sunday, so they really made it happen

Asked for help to change simple tire on Mercedes. Lol, those guys sooo incompetent and simply not helpful while trying hard to cover it by false irrelevant incoherent words flow.
The manager is must be soo jealous and hateful of woman driving high end Mercedes that he didn't come up with anything else but wasting my time and refusing to do the job.
Lol, I did it yourself haha, next time I will be just confident that I can do it without all those special tools that those ef...rs have

The service was good and the food was great. However, the sound on the TVs was really loud, and the lemon wedges in my tea and my plate were really soft...nearly rotten; although they didn't yet taste bad. But everything else was good. It was very clean.
