Jimmy's RV Repair

Needed my trailer brake controller repaired on a utility trailer. I stopped in unannounced and they had me repaired and on the road in about 20 minutes! And they only charged for one small part i needed. Fantastic guy and I highly recommend Jim's RV if you need help.

Have stopped at Jimmy’s twice for repairs over the years. Jimmy and xxxxxx were exceptional
as they looked after our issues immediately.
They do great work for very reasonable prices.

Broke down in Deming, NM in our new RV from Dune Sport made in Mesa AZ. The camper was disabled due to over heating brakes. We were only 200 miles from Mesa AZ. We found Jimmy's RV Repair. He took us in immediately and inspected the brakes and fixed the problem. His crew was very skilled and professional. We continued on our trip with no further problems. Definitely 5 star service. My stock trailer broke an axel on the way back from a show. Unfortunately the axel was very hard to find but Jimmy called the company and was able have it delivered. He and his team worked very hard and they were able to get my trailer fixed for my nxt trip. They were so kind and considerate plus they did a great job. My trailer looks like are. Thank you very much for the great job you did.

We were on a trip and the RV brake light wasn’t working. We replaced the bulb and fuses to no avail. We called Jimmy’s and went in when we reached town. Great service! We drove up and Jimmy came out, checked it out and fixed it quickly. Cost us practically nothing!!!! Super Happy!

The service was awsome. We broke down about 35 miles away from Jimmy's RV Repair shop. We were sure we were going to have to wait on the part we needed, but luckily he had it in stock. Jimmy also provided with advice on how to install the part. We would highly recommend this shop.

I stopped at Jimmy's after an unfortunate encounter with a tree branch which left me with a hole in the top of the front of my RV. John got me fixed up quickly. He was very nice and even asked if I had any other issues I needed to have looked at. The price was so reasonable and he advised me on what should be looked at when I got an estimate from the dealer. I appreciate the service I received and would definitely recommend this business.

Coldest it's been in awhile and my blower motor in my 1995 Terry starts squealing , so I went to Jimmy's thinking I would have to surely order one , but he looked it up and went under the desk and grabbed the motor , checked the numbers again and we talked and I couldn't believe he had the right one , got back to my trailer and installed it and have had great heat since .

Got our slide working properly and kept us on our way to Texas. First thing in the am and went out of their way to help us. Good people and good shop.

Was happy to find this place the employees were very friendly and helpful and as soon as we got there they were ready to help and fix are trailer also the gentleman that I told about my son's love of rocks was super nice and my child is thrilled with the rock you gave him it's his favorite and has been showing all his friends so thanks for making are stressful moment less stressed amd getting us up and moving back on the road again we appreciate y'all and highly recommend if anyone in area and has trailer issues to stop in

Stopped for night in Deming and campground recommended Jimmy's & they just happened to have a 400Ah T-fuse that went out a day before Thanksgiving near Dallas, Tx. 5 days later we have our Inverter running again. All is good and as it should be and fair pricing to boot.

Broke down in Deming, our concessions trailer has a special style Slipper Leaf Spring. The Jimmys RV repair team got all of the suspension components refreshed and back on the road the very next day.

Did an amazing job and as the next thing did not caused a problem he fixed that too. 100% recommend

Love these guys. Had 6 studs bust on my trailer hub and wheel fell off due to me over torqueing them. Took my hub into them and they replaced all 6 studs and got me on my way in 15 minutes.

Jimmy and John reset the stabilizer bars, repaired some minor damage to a wheel well and provided a new pin for our stabilizer bar. They were friendly and affordable and went above and beyond to help us get back on the road.

Extraordinary customer service! They went over and beyond to make sure our camper repair was done properly and safely. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you!

Traveling home, about 100 miles from Deming pulling our 5th wheel TH, our truck was indicating “trailer brake disconnected”. Searched internet, found Jimmy’s RV Repair, read great reviews & called them. We arrived & they immediately got to it. After checking all the electrical connections they found that one of the magnets on the trailer wheel was melted & shorted out. They checked all the wheels & found the other one on the front axle was almost as bad.The rear axle was good and in their opinion would safely get us home. Couldn’t be more pleased with EVERYTHING about this repair shop - highly, highly recommend them! March, 2023

I could not be happier with the service I received today, February 2023. I needed two AGM batteries, and without any fuss or bother the owner had me pull in, and replaced my old batteries himself. Superb service. There’s no reason to go anywhere else for RV matters in Deming.

The best experience yet with any RV repair shop! John took excellent care of us when we were in a bind with an electrical outage. He diagnosed the problem and got us in the next day to take care of the repair. Honest and professional! Look no further if you need help with your rig.

John was super helpful and helped us get back on the road when our steps were stuck & stopped working. He didn’t have the part to be able to repair it, but spent time helping us get it in a position where we could drive it and didn’t even charge us! Super friendly and we’re back on the road. Definitely recommend their services.

Came in with what I thought was an issue with my furnace. Nice chat with John, and turns out furnace is fine, and the issue was with my batt being weak- something I was already aware of. Point is, he could've just booked me in for a diagnosis and taken my money, but he didn't. Handshake and I was on my way. Honesty goes a long way. Would def recommend this shop

Called from an hour drive away, camper was not charging. Jimmy said bring it in and he would give it a look. After 45 minutes camper was repaired and we were back on the road. I wish all camper repair shops were Iike this. Well done jimmy, and many thanks. Your the best.

These people are the best of the best. Our slide wouldn’t go in all the way and after a few hours working on it we gave up. Called Jimmy’s and asked if they could look at it and they said bring it on in. As soon as we pulled in they dropped what they were doing and went over to check out the slide. Less than 30 minutes later they had it working like new again and we were on our way. A great big Thank You to Jimmy’s for all their help.

They were amazing. They quickly identified that the dealership hooked the hitch up wrong on our suburban which was causing the front of the vehicle to left up headlights to the sky. Jimmy and his employee's within 30 minutes had it fixed and the front of the vehicle pointing downward in the front with the toy hauler connected. They were able to make a serious safety issue safe. Thank you guys so much for the help. It is obviously the dealership we bought the toy hauler from doesn't know how to do their job correctly. Again thank you so much from the Carnall family.

We had a smoking tire on the interstate outside of Demming. Jimmy was extremely helpful and told us that he would repair our issues if we got to his shop. We did and he was so nice and so interested in helping us. EXCELLENT SERVICE by Jimmy and Diego. Thank you, Thank you Thank you!

We stopped to ask about a trailer brake disconnect warning on our dash. Joh,n was very kind, took the time to look under & saw a wire had become disconnected. He reattached & sent us on our way. Plus gave us advice about some other stuff he saw while underneath.

I took my travel trailer here for repair on my water heater. After a quick diagnostic it was a simple fix. Everybody was very friendly there and they had a lot of experience. Also the suggestions they gave me were very helpful. I would come here again if I was local but I'm passing through. Definitely worth it.

You can't leave a voicemail because they don't delete their voicemails and it says it's too full to leave a message.
Do they have an email address someone can share with me?
I really need to get my water heater repaired or replaced.
I'm very frustrated & disappointed.
EDIT: Make that a total of 45 unanswered calls.
Apparently they are independently wealthy & don't need my money.
I'll be calling the RV shops in Las Cruces.

Thank you, Jimmy! I remembered you said you were working alone today. I tried to call to say thank you for supplying the exact parts I needed for the flange replacement on our RV black tank. I'm glad you were helping someone else!
I had to use my Dremel to cut down the pipe leading into the black tank. The same coupling had been used, but it had been glued. The height was not correct on that repair, so cutting it down to the base of the previous repair coupling actually allowed the installation to sit correctly on the floor flange. I am thrilled I no longer have a bull-ride toilet. Comfort and confidence in a job well done feels good and you assisted with your knowledge and experience!

I was traveling from North Texas in my RV on my way to California. We got to Deming and had 2 major electrical issues. The service we got was amazing. Talked to John and he had us bring the RV to them. Solved both our problems and got us back on the road. I highly recommend and praise these guys for quick, efficient and professional results.
They also recommended a great place for lunch while we waited…Si Senor!

We were traveling and our slide would not extend. We found Jimmy’s on the Web and stopped by without an appointment. They were booked but took us in, John was able to fix our issue and we were back our way in 45 minutes. Best service we have ever had in all our years of RVing! And reasonably priced!

We had an accident nearby and found this business on Google. They took care of us immediately on a very busy day. They were responsive, thorough and exceeded our expectations. Even though the damage was too much to handle on the spot, they did what they could to get us back on the road since we had 2000 miles to get to our destination. To quote some of their customers while we were waiting , “jimmy is the best!” We we’re lucky to find them. We experienced lots of rain on the way home and the roof damage was sealed up tight with no leaks. Well done guys!!!

My family and I are on a cross country road trip when our generator stops giving the house electricity. We pull into Jimmy’s RV Repair and tell him the issue. Jimmy stops what he was doing and takes a look at the issue and helps us out. We were in and out in 15 minutes. We went to two other RV repair shops over the state of New Mexico, and he was the only one that would help us out. Thanks Jimmy!

Excellent service. Jimmy jumped right on a burned out bearing on a 26' travel trailer. Parts in stock. Lubed the other 3 wheels. All told about 4 hours. Wish he was in Chandler AZ.

That guy is the best! Just broke one of the leaf springs on my travel trailer and he dropped what he was doing and got me right in. Very honest, very fair and specializes in RVs. I can't say enough good about this guy. And his name, really is Jimmy! If you need any work done and are in the area, or even willing to make the drive, you will like the experience! It's so nice to meet and honest and skilled mechanic!

While traveling we had a plumbing problem. He got us in quickly and repaired at a fair price. Very pleased.

While passing through NM I noticed my battery charge would rapidly decrease in our travel trailer and cold weather was coming. I called Jimmy's at 8 am and John said to come on over.
John was ready for us and immediately began evaluating and diagnosing our situation.
In an hour, we were back on the road. I noticed that he would study all features from tire quality to the positioning of our weight distribution system. Safety and quality seemed to be his effort during our visit.
I highly recommend this repair facility and wish I knew of a likewise in Sacramento CA.

Awesome support! We were on a trip when our RV trailer door jammed and we could not get it open. As soon as we pulled in the owner and employees dropped what they were doing to help.
