We worked with Zarethan Olivares and as a result he lied and stole from us.

We hired this company on July 26, 2024, to complete the interior and exterior prep and stucco work on our new construction home. We paid Mr. Olivares a total of $50,000 in multiple installments for the work and an insulation upgrade.

The work was consistently delayed and poorly done. We had to assist with the insulation ourselves to pass inspection. Despite our repeated requests for a schedule, the drywall work never began. Mr. Olivares claimed he paid a subcontractor who then failed to complete the work. He then demanded that we purchase all materials to finish the job.

We requested a partial refund of $23,000, which Mr. Olivares denied. He has ceased communication, leaving us with significant financial difficulties and a delayed construction project.

I cannot recommend Drywall Pros highly enough! From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to quality were unparalleled. They transformed our vision into a reality with precision and expertise that far exceeded our expectations.
