The roofing job was great. The siding job was a disaster. It took them 3 months to do 1 side of my house. The crew told me it would be done on a Friday never showed up until the next Tuesday. They left 16 to 5 foot spans between nails. And wrong color drip edging told to paint it. Still did not finish the job. Said they would be out on Saturday never showed up again until Monday after I had to tell them I was going to call the police. The boss showed up on Monday with the crew to finish the job and they sill miss 2 spots. Started early August not done until late late October.

Navigating what to do in the aftermath of a hailstorm in our hometown was difficult enough. Add to that countless contractors knocking on your door saying they are the best. T-10 and Josh were different right from the beginning. He graciously answered all my wife’s and my questions about the process and was there with us every step of the way. The company has a high quality control process. What a great experience and a great looking roof! If you’re thinking about T-10, they are the ones you want in your corner. Thank you Josh and crew.

We worked with Tony Villalobos he was great to work with .He said his crew would be able to finish before the snow hit.His crew worked from sun up to sun down to finish even using lights to finish. Very professional. Only draw back i could see is that he's a vikings fan. Lol

T-10 Construction and Josh Stensgard was an absolutely blessing to work with. Josh went well above what was required for me. From day one I had problems with my insurance company releasing funds to cover the damage, then they tried to under bid the job ( thank goodness I had receipts from when I did the roof previously and could prove I did a complete tear off to the rafters so I could be compensated) then my old mortgage company failed to file the paperwork stating my mortgage was paid off in Jan 2021 all the while Josh ensured me not to worry it would be fine. Once the job was started another construction crew in the area hit a gas line and failed to notify my crew which delayed the roof from being completed by a day but Josh had a crew come back to finish the job the next day and every one was safe. The crew worked fast, efficient and were very friendly. When I tried to help clean up they said absolutely not that's what they get paid for and wouldn't allow me to. I received 2 VERY big heavy boxes from FedEx and the workers help me carry them in the house which was a blessing as I have medical issues. I couldn't have asked for a better company or crew to work on my house, everyone at T-10 Construction I've spoken with has been nothing but compassionate and courteous. Amazing group of people all very friendly and Josh is a good young man.

Joshua Stensgard delivered on every single agreement and worked diligently to make sure nothing was out of place. The communication was pitch perfect. Joshua Stensgard completed the work on a very admirable pace. I am more than satisfied with the work done by T-10 Construction.

T-10 Construction did an A-1 job from beginning to end with our new roof and gutter guards! Salesperson David Casburne met with us in person to discuss the project and shepherded the process through from the planning stages to insurance negotiations to scheduling the roofing crew and then following up with the gutter guard installation. In addition, he was always available for consults. He was completely honest, forthright, respectful and always professional, delivering on everything he promised. The roofing crew was courteous, hard-working, and highly skilled. They took pride in their work, and it showed. The installation of the gutter guards was performed by a very experienced worker and has proven to be a wonderful addition to our exterior improvement. Our roofing project was completed on May 11, 2024. We could not be happier with the job that T-10 Construction did to complete our roof project. Our sales rep, Travis B, was great to work with and very knowledgeable, not only of the construction portion of the job, but also the insurance aspect. He personally went up on the roof with the adjustor and pointed out damage that the adjustor had missed. He was also proactive in letting us know the status of the job. The work crew was awesome and the cleanup was nothing short of amazing!

Our house had hail damage from a hail storm in October 2023, we originally went with another contractor. But the communication wasn’t great and we felt like nothing was really explained to us. Will came out to our house, explained everything in depth, answered all of our silly questions, and helped us pick out roofing and siding right then and there. He looked at us and told us to expect the new roof in less than 2 weeks. He wasn’t joking, about 9 days later the crew came out and from start to finish had the roof done in 4.5 hours. The siding was delivered and done less than 4 days later. The crew took 2 days to do our siding, but they did a wonderful job. Will even put up with my dumb questions about picking up our dumpster before my son’s birthday party, and other tiny pieces. They’re very knowledgeable, great communicators, and they do a fantastic Job.

T-10 Construction comes with my highest endorsement. They professionally and meticulously re-shingled both our main home and a rental property following hail damage last May. A friend’s recommendation led me to contact Josh, their sales representative.
Josh promptly visited our properties, climbed onto the roofs, and conducted a detailed inspection. He marked the damaged areas with white chalk, ensuring nothing was overlooked. He also met with the insurance adjuster at both locations, climbing onto the roofs with them and advocating for us by highlighting all the damage. Josh’s friendly demeanor quickly won over the adjusters, which I believe worked in our favor.
Their team of roofers, who Josh mentioned were mostly friends and family of the owner, Jay Solem, completed the roofing of our rental property in a single day. A rainstorm interrupted work on our main residence, but they returned the next day to finish the job.
Minutes after rainstorm started Josh arrived with his pickup truck full of tarps to protect the exposed areas of the roof. When I forgot to purchase a replacement piece of plexiglass, Josh took it upon himself to go to Menards and returned within 45 minutes with the correct size. We were only charged for the plexiglass, not Josh’s time.
The roofing team worked hard but seemed to genuinely enjoy their work, creating a familial atmosphere. Jay and his wife Ang, the office administrator, were incredibly responsive to our queries throughout the process.
At 75 years old, I can be forgetful and often misplaced our correspondence. Ang was always patient and kind, treating me with the respect one would show a grandfather.
Even weeks after the installation, Josh continued to follow up with us, ensuring all loose ends were tied up, including adjusting our insurance rates to reflect the upgraded shingles.
Having had numerous roofs installed over my lifetime, this experience with T-10, a family-run business, was by far the best. They made us feel like we were part of their family.

Tony V was amazing! We had a very tough time with our insurance and he had to deal with me and my questions, concerns, and anxiousness. After a year and half of waiting on insurance to pull through we finally got the okay to finish the house. We had a new roof, siding, two windows, and a garage door. Every one did amazing, worked quickly, and it all looks so nice! So happy with our “new” looking home and it’s all thanks to Tony V and T10 Construction!

We were satisfied with the siding and the shingles. The only thing left is the lights. We had to stop due to cold weather. We were disappointed with the siding crew. They left their trash all over the yard. They also received a winter parking ticket and they were upset when they needed to move their trailor. The crew wanted to have my kid dig them out and use my truck to free them. I was informed t-10 are no longer giving that siding company any work. Our lights are the only thing left. They are only attached by the wires. We have tried calling (John) several times but to no avail. The project was mostly done in the spring of 2023.

These guys went above and beyond to get our roof done. Our insurance company argued with them but they succeeded in getting the job done! Marco was an amazing person to talk to. I found T-10 Construction through a yard sign posted in a neighbor's yard. I had already spoken with a roofing contractor and wasn't comfortable with the way they chose to do business and another neighbor used a different contractor and also didn't recommend them. So, knocked on my neighbor's door with the T-10 sign and she shared her experience working with T-10. I was sold.

From the day of the first inspection through the end of the install, the communication from Tony, his son, and his team was fantastic. They explained the insurance adjustor inspection process, and then went to bat for me when the report was going to give me mis-matched shingles.

My installation was on a Friday in the fall. Due to the shorter days, and repair work needed to my sub-roof once demo began, the installation bled into the weekend. However, the crew who did the work protected my property well, cleaned up everything (even what blew into a neighbor's yard due to strong winds), were friendly and professional, and cared about doing a good job.

T10 Construction roofed our home after hail damage this summer. Our project manager Will was great with communication and answering questions to set up the project. Josh Stensgarg was easy to work with, responsive, and honest. He even took an hour out of his day to caulk the inside of my skylight, even though that was outside the scope of work. My roof was done in one day by an efficient team and much improved from previous job.

T-10 came out to look at our property last year after storm in May 2022. I reached out to Tony April 2023 realizing that I had dropped the ball last year and didn’t schedule work to be completed. Tony was amazing with working with us to get roof scheduled and completed!! He is currently working on matching siding as our insurance doesn’t have the “match” clause. The crew that did the roof yesterday worked through wind, rain, sleet/snowfall and even a brief peak of sunshine! They cleaned up the area and the special little touches with the new roof vents to match shingles and painting roof vent for garage heater looks fabulous!

We had a new roof, siding and gutters done by T-10. Everything was great, expeditious and professional…but that’s not why I’m here.

Over this last winter, an icicle fell and broke a hole in our new siding. I was upset…unsure what to do, we emailed the owner, Jay, who quickly responded that he would reach out to the supplier to see about getting us a new piece for replacement. I told him I could replace it myself, but just was lost as far as obtaining a new matching piece.

The next day, Jay had emailed us back stating he was able to get us a piece, but was also going to get us 2 more pieces for additional spares…even better, he was going to do this at NO COST. The pieces were dropped off the very next morning. Amazing!

I will be a customer for life due to Jay’s customer oriented approach. You don’t see that often these days; and as a technician who deals with a lot of different contractors through work, I see the full run from “fly by night” to high caliber, such as T10.
