After contacting our insurance company about possibly having exterior damage from storms, we quickly found out we our home did have damage. We then researching local companies that had good reviews and we settled on Advantage. They also give back to our communities and help Veterans.
We made a great choice. Our project manager Brady was on site during the repairs and he made sure everything was done correctly and professionally.
He worked with our insurance company to make sure all would be paid for. Thank you again Brady !

Brian and Advantage did a great job with replacing our roof after storm damage. They worked with us and the insurance company to insure we were able to get the claim approved and the work done with good quality and timely completion.

After multipul hail storms and having continually been turned down from our original insurance company.... Brady randomly stopped by and offered to look at our roof. After his inspection we processed still 2 to 3 additional inspections from our ins company and still turned down so Advantage started the appraisal process on our behalf!
With their help we won our case.

We added windows to our plan and he worked them in seamlessly and they aee perfect!! Advantage dropped the ball at every step of the process. From our project taking over 3 years to complete, to property damage, to work being being completed with incorrect finishes and not complete compared to what was charged to our insurance, my experience with Advantage Construction was absolutely miserable. Communication was non-existent, Advantage personnel was not present onsite during much of the work, requests for status updates and timelines went unanswered for MONTHS. Personal showed up at our property with NO advance warning, material was delivered with NO advance warning, material sat for months in our driveway with no communication, under conditions that would render it unusable according to manufacturer specifications. Excess material was also not retrieved in a timely manner. Unfortunately I could not imagine a worst experience with a contractor than what I dealt with Advantage; their unresponsiveness and drawn out execution of work (which was supposed to be covered by our insurance) cost us time, money, and stress to the extent that I wish we would have never filed an insurance claim and signed up for the work in the first place.

After a harrowing experience with another contractor our lives were were changed by meeting Cameron Amiot! This gentleman literally saved my sanity and his presence calmed me as Cameron was present during a verbal attack I endured by the former contractor. Cameron is so kind and represents ADVANTAGE CONSTRUCTION with a professionalism that surpasses any other I've ever seen! We look forward to working with Cameron because he has honesty and integrity mixed with a delightful sence of humor and everything is explained with great detail. After what we went through with the former contractor, Cameron was a breath of fresh air and we greatly appreciate and respect him!! The world needs more people like Cameron most definitely and now we know that we are in good hands...THANK YOU CAMERON!!

I had a great experience working with Jason Popov from Advantage Construction. He was always attentive to my needs and questions about my concerns through this whole process.
Everything went very smoothly and I was happy with the workmanship of the crews who redid my whole roof and gutters because of the storm. I highly recommend Jason who was so hardworking and reliable!

We had advantage construction repair are fascia on are home and they were outstanding and a great contractor to work with but most of all Chad was outstanding we could have not asked for any thing more of him he is the very best to work with a great contractor made everything very easy and he was very understanding for what we needed we will always use this company keep up the great work

We just completed construction with Advantage construction. It was a long process because of our insurance company fighting us tooth and nail. But I can't say enough about our rep Abdalla, he was on our claim from day one, and worked tirelessly, with both our insurance company and our mortgage company, and I was completely fed up with both of them! We couldn't be more pleased with his work and the work that was done on our property. I would highly recommend him, and this company!

Jason Popov, Project Manager with Advantage Construction Inc. was very helpful to us as we navigated all the details of a claim for roof and siding damage due to a wind/hail storm that happened while we were on vacation. He patiently, but persistently, handled the communications with our insurer so that all the needed work could be done. We now have a beautiful new roof, and are very happy with the details that included some work on the siding and window wraps that had been damaged. I highly recommend Jason and Advantage Construction.

We had a great experience working with Devin and Advantage Construction re-doing our roof after the hail last year. They were very friendly and helpful in choosing the right product for us. They made working with insurance a breeze. We did end up doing some upgraded materials and adding gutters that we didn't have before as well and it was very easy to get that all handled even with the insurance claim.

The crew they used were fast and efficient and did a great job cleaning up after they competed the work. Devin checked in with us multiple times through the process and even after the work was done to ensure everything was as expected he was great to work with. We would highly recommend Advantage.

In the Spring of 2024 Jason Popov knocked on my door to see if I needed a new roof. Of course I said no, as I am very skeptical of door to door salespersons. He returned a few weeks later and explained they would do a free hail damage inspection. I had hail damage and they gave me an estimate, I agreed for them to do the work. It was the best decision I have ever made, Jason was the perfect project manager, stayed on site all day and worked tirelessly with my insurance company. I ended up with a perfect new roof and zero problems. So if he knocks on your door, hear him out you wont be disappointed.

Brian was an absolute professional to work with! He had to navigate us with our insurance agent who wasn’t responsive and yet very helpful and tenacious with the agent! Great work and the house is beautiful from the craftsmanship of the workers!

Our Project Manager Rob Southerling was a true professional! From initial contact to job completion, Rob had our best interest in mind. His ability to work with his installers and our insurance company has provided us with a first in class roof and seamless Insurance experience. Rob had great communication with us every step of the way. He has a fantastic personality and made us feel extremely confident in the process. Aleks Rudenko served as project manager and did a great job, especially in dealing with the insurance company. They initially found damage to 2 shingles on the house roof and damage to 2 sides of the house and the garage. Aleks demonstrated that the shingles were no longer available, and they agreed to replace shingles on the entire roof. The insurance company agreed to replace the siding on two sides of both the house and garage and suggested that painting could provide an exact match. Aleks successfully argued that this would destroy the low maintenance feature of vinyl siding, and the insurance company agreed to replace all the siding. Aleks convinced the company to do the work that resulted in restoring the exterior of my house! The restoration went smoothly.

Advantage was great to work with. We had Marco as our project manager and he was fantastic and easy to work with. Communication was easy and we always knew where we were at in the process. Thanks for the great work!

This is a well overdue review but I initially had my roof inspected by Tria and another coworker. However, my roof was not eligible for an insurance claim at that time. Months later after a storm came through my neighborhood, Tria reached out to me out of the blue and helped me with the process of submitting a claim for my roof! I'm a happy customer with a new roof!

If you value communication do not use this company. The amount of stress and anxiety working with this company cause was 100% not worth it. I was the one that kept this project moving forward sometimes with months between communications. The roof and siding turned out just fine but that crew had nothing to do with communication.

Brian Martin, Brett Larson and the Advantage Construction team went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right when it came to our roofing and gutter replacement after a hail storm. With having both traditional pitched shingled roofs, as well as flat roofs they made sure two different crews were sent out to make sure the jobs were done right. Brian also went above and beyond to help us with some other potential projects and construction repairs that will need work down the line. Definitely recommend!

I strongly advise against agreeing to terms with this contractor. We were told we wouldn't even be given a quote unless we agreed to sign on with Advantage. I think that is shady business practice to not even offer a quote without agreeing to work ahead of time or even given a price.

I'm sure they do good work but if you're looking to save money I wouldn't go with this company.

Edit: While our project manager Cameron is still the best and I would love to work with him again I would not recommend getting windows done through Advantage. They subcontracted out to Kolbe windows which were subpar. The quality of the windows and hardware are terrible, worse than our original windows. After less than a year we had multiple cracks and their customer service was basically non existent trying to get them to rectify the situation. I wish we had saved our $60,000 and kept our original windows or at least shopped around on our own to find a quality window company.

Advantage Construction did an awesome job with our storm damage. Cameron our project manager exceeded expectations managing everything with the project and the insurance company and made it super easy for us. Anytime we called, he immediately responded and came over whenever we needed him. I highly recommend Advantage and Cameron!

I have always heard beware of "Guys" coming around and asking about hail damage. Well I am glad I spoke with Albert when he stopped by.. I didn't think I had a chance to battle an Insurance Company that rhymes w/ Fate Sarm. As they had told another Home Improvement company they would only cover part of our roof. He went up and took photos and marked it off w/Chalk. He told me there was plenty of Hail damage. We started this journey in the summer of 2023. My entire Roof was replaced this May. I will try to be brief, but he came out with reps from this Insurance Company with a Red Logo 3 times. The 3rd time the rep on the roof with him finally agreed there was enough Damage to warrant full replacement, only to again get it denied by a "Office Worker" at HQ who had never been on my roof. To be honest I could write 2 to 3 pages worth of set backs we had to endure. I am so pleased I plan to call them when ever I need any other construction needs. End of story- my roof was finally replaced (as it should have) covered by Insurance. Albert is the best. His Customer Service and Communication start to finish with A+...

Advantage Construction was great to work with, especially Aleksander who went above and beyond. We had a few hiccups along the way with our insurance company but Aleksander was there the whole time to help us. The communication throughout the whole process was top notch. The Roofers were very respectful of our property and did a great job.

The overall experience from end to end was flawless. Keshaun did an amazing job from getting us a quote in time to being there on the day of the roof replacement. The quality of the roof replacement was great and the speed was amazing. Everything was done end to end in one day. Highly recommended.

We couldn't have had a better experience! We first worked with a different company who SWORE to us they could get our insurance company to approve a new roof, and completely failed. We tried again with Advantage because a friend had told us they had such a positive experience. Corey came out and gave our home a thorough inspection, determined areas where we had storm damage, and got the SAME rep from our insurance to approve a new roof thanks to finding areas of storm damage the OTHER company had completely missed. From that point, everything was handled for us; all we had to do was pick out the shingles! Corey told us exactly when we could expect the crews to arrive and to finish, and there wasn't even one nail left in our yard! We also really appreciate and respect Advantage's commitment to hiring Veterans and giving back to Vets in our community. TOP NOTCH ALL THE WAY - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Just met with Keshaun to have him check out my roof after the latest hail storm. As a contractor myself, it is really nice to find fellow trades people who care, are thorough and have your best interests in mind.

Let me start by saying I had no less than 5 companies knock on my door asking to go on my roof. I had a friend of a friend's company go on their talking a big game how they would handle it. They never did. Chad Johnson and his team got it done. They fought hard to get my roof done, their crew was professional, and they kept me in the loop the whole time. I think this company is amazing and now tell folks when they need work to check out Advantage. They will do what they say, and get it done.
