Josh is very personable and professional. He walked us through and explained each process of a hail damage insurance claim on three roofs. His team came one day and completed the entire job. They were very respectful in putting down tarps and cleaning up afterwards. Josh handled the permit and communications with the insurance company. He took the time, again, to stop by after the completion to answer any of our concerns. All in all, a terrific job and we are thrilled with our new roofs. Highly recommend Refuge Roofing and Siding to get the job done right and worry free.

Josh was a HUGE HELP! I called him to evaluate if the water stain on my ceiling was from the new roof I just had installed. He determined that wasn’t the issue and determined it was most likely my lack of insulation and gave me a referral for an insulation company. He was super helpful, knowledgeable and honest. And I appreciate that he took the time to explain in detail the technical details. I am eternally grateful, he saved me a lot of stress and anxiety! HIGHLY recommend and will call him for all my future siding and roofing needs!

I had heard great things from 2 friends who used Refuge Roofing and so I immediately called Josh Walstrom when our roof was damaged by a hail storm. Our first claim was denied by our insurance company and Josh guided us through the steps to the appraisal process to have a third party step in as a umpire between our appraiser and the insurance appraiser. Although our insurance carrier dragged their feet for 15 months, the second claim was approved and we got our new roof. Josh always responded immediately to my calls throughout the entire process. He was professional, patient and knowledgeable. Our roof looks great and I will continue to recommend Refuge Roofing to all of my friends.

Professional and efficient. My first time working with a roofing company after getting some hail damage. Not only are they friendly, kind and courteous but their workers showed up on time! The entire roof was replaced in one day, clean up was excellent and the roof looks beautiful! We couldn't be happier and highly recommend this company. They were a pleasure to work with!

Josh was awesome right from the beginning. We called him for a quote to replace our roof. He was headed our way when we called him and he said he would stop over that day. We got a very competitive quote while he was still at our house. We accepted the quote and he wrote up the contract while still at our home. His crew was top notch, they arrived early in the morning and were done with a total tear off and re- shingled our house by mid afternoon. Their draping all around the house and final clean up was superb. The dumpster was picked up the following morning.

We had hail damage to our roof, gutters and siding trim. The roof was done shortly after the insurance company approved to repairs. gutters and trim as soon as weather allowed. everything loos great and all contractors were friendly, comunicative and did good work

I had horrible ice dams. Refuge kept in contact with me and were straightforward with me about everything. They arrived on time, worked fast and were even able to finish earlier than expected! I would recommend Refuge to anyone needing help with their roof or ice dams.

This company is the BEST! I contacted Refuge Roofing this morning regarding our ice dam that we had on our roof. Josh called me and within 20 minutes he was at the front door looking at the roof with an estimate. He contacted his workers and they were all here within an hour working to remove the ice dam. I recommend this company. They will also be putting on our new roof this spring! GREAT JOB JOSH!!!

Josh and his crew did an amazing 5 star job of cleaning and steaming the ice dams off my roof yesterday. They were well organized and worked hard until the job was complete. I'm very pleased!

Kevin and his company was referred to me by another contractor to replace the roof at my rental property. My experience with Kevin and his company was great. The roof was replaced in less than a day and the gutters were replaced the next day. He even came back the following day to make sure everything was cleaned up.

Our neighbors recently had Refuge Roofing redo their roof. I walked over to see if they were happy with it (and they were) and met Josh. For me, customer service is so important. In so many industry's it seems customer service is a lost art. No one cares anymore. Refuge Roofing is different though. I wanted gutters on my home and was referred to Refuge by a friend. I intended to get 2-3 quotes but Kevin Carlson at Refuge came out and was so personable and so helpful that I decided I didn't care if I could save $50 with another company. I'll happily pay more for good service. Price was fair too, but for me the outstanding thing was amazing service. A+ Kevin. Thank you!

Wow! This Company was the ONlY one of 3 that showed up to do our project. Josh showed up on a Sunday and gave us a great bid for our roof and gutters and they began the job the very next day! What a lifesaver with rain in the forecast! He was in communication with us the entire time and his crew was amazing! They were kInd, considerate and very clean! I hired refuge roofing and my project manager was Kevin he did a wonderful job keeping me updated with the progress of my claim with the insurance company when the insurance company and adjusters got tough Kevin got tougher it was a pleasure working with them their crew was fantastic they cleaned up I think I found one little piece of felt paper after they were done and that was it but I would highly recommend them to take care of your your needs he also took care of three pieces of damage siding that I couldn’t get anyone to fix from the storm and didn’t even charge me

These guys are the best!! Kevin Carlson was out here the first day on a Friday after the hail Storm. He went over in great detail with what was entailed of doing the job. I filed the claim on Friday evening with USAA Insurance. The Insurance Adjuster called me that evening and made an appointment and scheduled a meeting at the house at 7am Saturday morning. Kevin and the Adjuster were here at 645 am. When the inspection was finished and I have received approval for work to be done. Kevin and the entire Refuge Crew were here on that following Wed and completed the whole Job in less then 9 hours. I can not speak any higher of Kevin Carlson and the whole refuge roofing crew . horrible horrible people. will not return phone calls. when we were able to talk to the crazy woman she right out lied to me about someone coming over to take photos. she also stated there is no way an inspector would sign off on a leak. well crazy woman , unless it’s raining during the inspection how would we know there is s leak. stay away from this company.
