Clay was very thorough with his inspection. He sent an extremely detailed report hours after he finished with the inspection that showed us every nook and cranny of the house. I was pleased at how fast the report was sent over and didn’t have to wait to get started on figuring out what needs to be done to the house. Thanks Clay!

We called Clay on a Sunday August 11, needing an inspection on our new build before we close on August 14. He responded immediately and got us scheduled for that Monday the 12th at 8 am. He was very thorough and explained everything he found in great detail. He walked us through the inspection just as he preformed it from roof to crawl space. I’m so glad we called him and he was able to fit us in before we close. We feel a great peace of mind now knowing the things he found will be taken care of and our house will be solid!

Clay did an excellent job with our home inspection he was very in depth and checked everything possible and more. His knowledge of the job is on a high level. He gave us every little bit of information needed on our home to move forward.

Can’t go wrong with using clay for your inspection. I bought a new construction and was told I didn’t need a inspection. Had clay come out anyway and found pages of fixes needed to be made. Very good communication throughout the process as well. I’d use sycamore 1000 times over again.
