The Swiftys handyman, Taylor, arrived on time. He was personable & easy to relate to. He listened so as to fully understand the project & immediately proceeded to handle things. I was very happy to have this project completed so easily. The business manager, Russ, who I booked the appointment with, was friendly & helpful. He was also very easy to communicate with & very proactive in booking the appointment for me. I would recommend Swiftys to all my friends & associates.

Swiftys provided excellent customer service from start to finish!. Phone answered prompt and professional. Was able to book a tech same day, which can be difficult here on Maui. Bruce scheduled a time and the name of tech. He took all owner information for billing purposes , along with my info as property manager and I was confident all would be cared for and repaired correctly before guest arrival. And boy did they follow through. I received a confirmation text that included the techs name. Hunter, who I highly recommend, arrived on time. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and got to work right away. He was very careful in the placement of his tools on the counters and floors. He kept an organized and clean work space. I left him to do his thing after only a few moments just by my first impressions of him.
Upon returning the work was complete and done very well. He left everything clean and had I not let him in, I would never had known a repairman was there.
I will be using Swiftys again as I care for 10 condos!

We originally had Renzo who was a nice enough guy but he left us in dire straights and messed up a job and made more of a mess than the original jobs we had requested and he unfortunately copped an attitude and left the job leaving us hanging with nothing finished. Bruce, the boss, was amazing and quickly came over to fix his mistake! And a couple days later they sent us Hunter who was phenomenal! This guy could fix problems that I never even thought were possible! And he was quick and efficient! I’ve never seen such an amazing handyman technician do such great quality work and so fast on such an old property of rentals. He took on a lot of work involving electrical, screening custom screens, and fixing Jalousie windows that another handyman, not Renzo, had thrown out the window and broke severely! hunter was a god send! And I can’t recommend him or Bruce enough!

Found myself in a major pinch when a washing machine broke at my vacation rental unit. Swiftys came to the rescue! Russ was able to fit me in on incredibly short notice. Washer was replaced with time to spare before my next guest. Can't thank you enough, Swiftys, for the friendly, courteous, and speedy service. I will be back!

Merlyn was our service technician and he was amazing! and very charismatic! We have over 10 long term rentals ranging from Rooms to 3-bedroom cottages, and as a result i’ve dealt with a lot of shady handymen who don’t finish their work & take the money and run—last time I pay for a job halfway through in this specific case—but Merlyn was fast, efficient, and could solve problems on the spot. He gave great advice and fixed my security gate, bathroom vanity, water valve handle, and checked out our water heater leak. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Bruce, from Swifty’s, has gone out of his way, on 2 different occasions, to make sure our maintenance was done perfectly. Great service, a pleasure to work with.

So nice to have a service that you can just call and schedule repairs. Scheduling was easy I didn’t have to wait long. The gentleman Tom that came to do the work was really personable and did a great job! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Swifty‘s and definitely would use them again.

We had Hunter come over to our condo to fix, initially, just a sliding pocket door. The door was completely jammed and off its rail. The door was in a position which lead other handymen to think ripping out the wall would be the only way to fix the door and track. Hunter came in, accessed the situation and knew he could fix it. He got the awkward positioned door off the track and out of the pocket in no time. He continued to not just fix the door but reinforce it. The door now works perfect. He also came back to tidy up and paint any minor scratches that occurred.
Hunter also came back to the condo to replace our door closer which was arguably broken. It now works great.
Highly recommend Hunter. Great and competent repairman (if that’s the right wording). No doubt he’ll be back to our condo for future maintenance, big and small!

Wow! Rarely do you come across service this great. I have a couple of vacation rentals and had a guest complaint of sink and sliding door. Bruce answered right away as was able to get there within the hour! He was friendly and professional. Not only did he fix the garbage disposal and the slider but the fan in the bedroom without even being asked! I have just found my go to handyman!!

Called Bruce to change out my electrical outlets, including one that had been partially tiled over. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Very responsive to messages, could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend him.

Great service hands down!!! Called Bruce at the last minute to have a few things around the house done, and arrived right on time. He replaced a couple shower heads, hung up a curtain rod, hung string lights on the front porch and installed my Ring Bell. I will definitely be calling him again for more services in the future.
