These guy took care of it for me and it was part of the cleaning program. Great you got rid of that annoying leak . The drip drove us crazy . You be sure that this fall you will get my call . Todd, Rich and their crew were great to work with especially when I needed a new roof after part of my roof came off due to a very windy day in March. I called a different company but they couldn't come out until the middle of the next week . They came the same day I called, looked at the roof and later that day sent me a quote . I initially contacted 3 licensed local roofers for a quote on my leaking shed. All 3 said they would come out and provide me a quote within a week or so. Todd the owner at Swift Waters was the only one to make good on his word and I had a quote from him within a week. Its a fairly large shed and I understand a shed isn't the most profitable job for a roofer but I couldn't believe the other 2 businesses said they'd show up and just ghosted. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt given the holidays and recent rain storms and reached back out and once again they both said they'd come back out and then ghosted me again! Reputation is everything to a small business. If you are too busy or can't do it just say so and customers will respect you more! I finally did get some other quotes from different companies later on and Todd was very competitive on price, explaining all my material options and he was definitely the best communicator out of everyone I dealt with. He was even able to squeeze me in quickly in his tight schedule just before the impending snow storm to knock out my shed in about 2 hours with his hardworking crew. Thank you Todd & Team. I used Swift Waters to handle a difficult gutter project. Very happy with the work done, they clearly have experience and ability. I will use them again in future projects. I should also add that they communicate very well with the customer.

This business needs a secretary. I realize Swift Waters gets a lot of great reviews, im sure they are great if.....they actually show up to the job site. They promised me a call back to finalize an appointment. They never called back. My two cents here is that they could use better organization skills or a live person answering a phone instead of: "submit your info and we'll get back to you when we can"

This is a great company. Once we contacted Todd he was at our house that day. He checked out the roof and gutters and showed with pictures where we had problems. Within a few days everything was done, and it looks great. Todd takes the time to explain everything to you as he goes along. No surprises at the end. Did a nice job on replacement of two boots on vent pipes and a lower cost solution on a gutter cover that works fine. They also removed my old TV satellite which I didn't even think of but greatly appreciated.

We thought we needed all new gutters but Swift Waters Gutters actually SAVED US MONEY by pointing out we just needed new gutter guards and a few areas replaced. So happy we went with them instead of the company that said we needed to replace everything. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

Swift Waters replaced the gutters on our house as well as some of the fascia boards. Todd recommended that I get 1x8's from a local sawmill (Sigfridson in Brooklyn) which saved me $4.00 per board. Tired of a yearly flooded basement, it was time to replace and upgrade my over-forty year old leaky gutters on my house, as well as tend to gutters on external buildings that hadn't been cleaned in over a decade. All gutters received covers, as well. I thought yesterday's all day work by Swift Waters was a dream, but when I awoke this morning, and looked out my windows, I was greeted by my beautiful professionally installed new gutters. A few years ago we had a different roofer tell us our roof was okay and should last another 10-15 years. The roof said ha! I read great reviews for Todd and his company. We liked his no-nonsense approach when he gave us an estimate and hired him. We had our leaking roof (b'bye skylight!) replaced on 12/3 just in time for today's rain/snowstorm. Apparently that skylight had been leaking for years. The crew showed up before the materials and dumpster did, but that didn't stop them. They got right to work. Very efficient, professional, courteous, and personable. Todd is great to deal with and told us to call at any time in case we had an issue. So far so good. We would recommend SWG without hesitation. He completed a couple difficult jobs for us and went out of his way to do it! He went to three stores for us to find the part we needed. He also jumped in an emergency situation we were having, made time for us in his busy schedule, and came to our house immediately to fix the problem. His demeanor is so friendly and always has a "can do" attitude!!!

Makes me so sad to even have to write this. So disappointed in the lack of "Service after the Sale" We have more problems now then when we did when prior to the new roof being installed 3 years ago. Todd is a great guy, I would NEVER want, nor could I take that away from him, but you have to back up your work and your workers. His unwillingness to accept that maybe, just maybe we have a problem because of something that his team did or didn't do during installation is so saddening to me as I had such a high opinion of him. After trying to have a mature phone conversation with Todd about what my husband and I think happened along with 3 different professional roofing companies, he began to raise his voice and tell me that I was pointing the finger and dismissed me. We now have to pay a different roofer thousands of dollars to come over and redo a job that he says was done atrociously, and that is not even counting the cost of reinsulating and sheet rocking areas that we had to cut down. Beyond infuriated and disappointed

We had Todd do repairs at our new house we bought. Not only does he show up when he says he will, he is honest. I have dealt with many contractors , both good and bad, and he by far is the most honest and reliable I have seen . His prices are good and his work is great . Need your roof replaced? Look no further than Swift Waters Gutters. They surpassed all my expectations. They showed up ON TIME, explained everything clearly, and cleaned up afterward. Todd did a great job fixing our gutters and and installing high quality gutter guards. Before beginning the work, he clearly explained everything that needed to be done, gave us a reasonable estimate, and made sure we were satisfied after the work was done and before he left. He also made it clear that if there were any other problems later on, he would be more than happy to come by to deal with them. He is a true professional and I would not hesitate to call him for any future home improvements I need done.

Integrity isn't something you find very often these days but that is the best word I can use to describe my experience with Swift Waters Gutters. Todd recently replaced my carpeted floor with a vinyl flooring. My experience was nothing short of perfect. He was honest - I was ready to replace my kitchen cabinets and he gave me alternatives which will save me money. He took pride in his work - because my floor was not level and the corners weren't always square the molding didn't lay in as nicely as it should. He took the time to show and explain the problem to me and HE wasn't satisfied until it was perfect. While he was here he noticed the faucet for my washing machine was leaking. It isn't a problem now but had he not pointed it out and told me what to do to repair it I could've had a big problem! I highly recommend Swift Waters Gutters when you need the job done right and for an honest price.

My brother found Todd from Swift Waters Gutters for me after looking him up on Thumbtack, said he had many great reviews! I was stuck since I had contacted a local company, picked up supplies and they never showed up. So my brother said give Todd a call. Not only did he answer right away, came out next day, and that week the work was done (Corner siding replaced, Wooden railing secured, Downspout put up on 2 story Colonial, and siding put back in place) It was a small job. Todd came out - was very honest, offers a fair price, finished promptly, and most of all pays attention to detail. He even threw in a couple elbows at no cost, fixed everything better than I expected, and cleaned up very nicely. I'm considering having him do my roof and other jobs in the future. I highly recommend Todd for any job you have! It's not easy finding a quality company (That does excellent work!) these days.

Recently had new gutters put on our home by Swift Waters Gutters. Todd was very professional, timely and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend his company!

I had Todd from Swift Waters Gutters come out to clean my gutters initially. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He took pictures so I could see how much gunk was in the gutters and after pictures that showed how clean they were when he had completed the job. I then had Todd come out and put on gutter guards to keep out the debris. He showed me the gutter guard that he puts on and demonstrated how it works. I have since had him come to my home to put up motion sensor lights. I love them they really light up the areas that I wanted illuminated. He even picked up the lights for me at no extra charge. I, then, asked him if he would put a storm door on my front door and replace a screen door on my patio. That job will be done shortly.
