Diego and his crew did an outstanding job on our roof. We live in a historic district and they took great care of our old house. They paid attention to every detail and took the time to explain everything from the initial inspection/quote to leaving no mess behind at the end. Thank you!

We are still in planning stages but was very pleased with the interaction I had with Preston Rutherford during our estimate. He was professional - wore shoe covers in the house on rainy day, personable - got along great w me and kids, knowledgeable - identified things I had forgotten about at the house, and happily willing to do more. Great representative for their company.

Diego and his crew did a marvelous job. They worked well as a team. Some was always busy doing productive work and they were very efficient. My neighbor who observed the work was also very impressed

Quality 1st previously had a division for roofing under Klaus Roofing Systems. I choose them for a few factors… One of them being back by what I thought was a reputable company as Klaus Roofing Systems and the other was their warranty. Welp 2-3 years in.. the roofing division has closed and the warranty is now void. And of course I now have a problem with the workmanship unknown at the time due to poor workmanship. And neither Quality 1st nor Klaus Roofing Systems wants to assist with issue as if I didn’t spend a lot of money to have the roof replaced. UNACCEPTABLE!

I haven’t done service with this company but I hear excellent feed back, definitely when I’m ready to change my roof. Ima give Klaus a call..

Diego was our project manager and Dwayne was the sales rep. I’m on Autumn Dr in Tolland CT and these guys did an amazing job despite severe thunderstorms rolling through mid afternoon! I have a somewhat difficult roof with some peaks and valleys. Diego showed me some of the pictures during the construction, and to see how they cleaned the place and returned all my patio furniture like nothing had even happened, was amazing. Highly recommend. Efficient, professional crew! Roof looks amazing. Thanks again!

Outstanding experience on all levels. They came to our house, met with us in person, did what they said they would do and on time at a fair price. The men worked quickly and completed our house in one day. They were careful about cleanup and we found almost no debris or nails after. They followed up to check on our satisfaction with the job. Update: We have a small but serious problem that we believe can be rectified relatively quickly. My husband texted RJ this past Monday morning. He did not respond so my husband texted a second time late Wednesday afternoon, to which he did respond and said he would call, but didn't, so my husband called him. After making an excuse as to why he didn't text back on Tuesday (how about Wednesday?), he said he and Ruben would be by Friday or Saturday to take a look at the issue. Saturday morning my husband texted at 9am and asked for a time frame as to when he would be coming - we have lives too and didn't want to sit around all day waiting - but we did, because not only did he not text back, he never showed at all.

I have added this second review because the purpose of reviews is to write the good and bad. We are very happy with our roof so I will not say anything against the crew or the company itself, at this point, but we will no longer deal with RJ. He was great to work with until there was an issue. He definitely had us fooled into thinking he cared about good customer service and our genuine satisfaction. We are hoping the company will make this right because right now we are pretty frustrated and feel our hands are tied.

Matthew Allen from Klaus was the perfect person to help my mother when her roof sprung a leak this winter. He was thorough, careful, reassuring and made the whole experience much much easier. What was already a very stressful thing to go through with my elderly mom turned into an amazing new roof! Most importantly all of HER questions were answered thoroughly and efficiently.

Bill from Klaus was excellent to work with. He was very responsive with all communication and even reached out on Sunday to confirm scheduling. He walked me through the Klaus process in detail and I am incredibly happy with the entire process and end result. Thanks Bill!

I noticed a leak in my ceiling and Klaus sent someone the same day that I called. Mason discovered the problem, fixed it and refused to take any payment.

Called to have roof inspected advised I need a repair. Salesman shows up does not inspect roof nor has a ladder to get on a roof and says need a new roof. Total scam artist. Then sales manager calls apologizes and said they will probably take off their website they do repairs. Don’t use this company. Go with a local actual roofing company who are tradesmen. Then they said they would call back. Again stay away from this company.

If I could give them 6/5 stars I would. You cannot put a price tag on good hearted people. If you are near the area and need any sort of roofing done you'd be cheating yourself if you didn't use them

They repaired my roof it was amazing compared to competitors and perfect quality! 10/10 would recommend. Prices are amazing and so is the quality

This company responded quickly to my request, provided me with different options, and installed much more quickly than I was anticipating. They make the experience easy and do quality work. I’d recommend their services without any hesitation. They understand customer service and satisfaction. The gentlemen who showed up at our home worked very hard and did an excellent job. They made a couple of minor just adjustments which we requested. I would give them a top grade.
