The test of a good contractor is if they fix something after the job is complete. They did a great job of reroofing our house and installing gutter guards. They offered a good price and came highly recommended. It was a long day but they handled it well. They didn’t get the downspouts cleaned out well enough and they clogged. Came back 3 months later to clean them out 2 days after I called. They care about customer service.

We have 2skylights that started to leaks badly, my Neibor recommended to call Jim at Swift services . He came next day and give me a fair price.Next day he called that I will send one of the guys to comer it till we get the skylight windows because next day forecast was raining. I liked that he cared and after a few day they came and worked well and finished the job. I would recommend them very highly.

Highly recommended!! Swift Services does awesome work quickly and reasonably priced. The owner Jim is very attentive to the work, friendly and very responsive and transparent about costs and concerns. He shows up at the start and end of the day to make sure the crew has what they need and to answer any questions I had. He let me know about roof panels that needed to be replaced and concerns with insulation. Fortunately it was relatively minor and was included in the roof price. The quote package was very thorough and included copies of his builders license and insurance. He left samples with me to choose colors. He made the process very easy. He had a large crew and was able to complete my house, garage and shed in about 2 days. The crew was very professional and hard working.. they always picked up after themselves and kept the worksite clean and organized considering what they were doing. They swept the yard for nails afterward…I haven’t found any they missed yet after three days. Highly recommend them.

To me Swift services is top notch, I told Jim I wanted the large solar panels removed and the roof returned to its original design, Jim check inside the attic and said it could be done. It turned out great. Jason and his crew did a fantastic job of the installation and cleanup. They have an a+ rating and I can see why.

Nailed it again! I have used Swift Services three times. Once to replace my roof on my house and twice for helping me with my flat roof at my business and again they did an awesome job! Jennifer was also really great to deal with. Fair priced, responsive and professional.

Swift has installed a new gutter run for my house and work is great and great price. They sided my neighbors house and it looks great. They are going to take care of roofing for me as well this spring. Friendly company and workers clean up well before leaving. Recommend them for your roofing and siding needs!

I've used this company 4 times. The first time I called was for a gutter that had come loose on my dormer. Even though it was a small job, Justin came out to take a look right away He got up on the roof and fixed the gutter, no charge. When he was walking on the roof around the dormer, he thought it felt a little spongy so Jim Swift came out to evaluate if venting might be needed. I braced myself for a big expense but was pleasantly surprised when Jim said it was fine. At this point I knew this was a company that could be trusted. I've since used them for gutter guard installation, gutter repair & repitching, and just recently a roof tear off and replacement on my dormer.
Jim has always been responsive and patient with my questions. His team is professional and thorough. I would definitely use them again.

Jim the owner came out to give me the estimate. He was very professional and very nice. He found a problem in my attic that had not been identified by other companies. He had a team come out to repair the attic problems before replacing the roof and gutters. Two different teams replaced the roof and gutters. They both did a wonderful job. Clean up was amazing, you couldn’t tell anyone was ever here. In addition, the price was fair with a CertainTeed warranty. I am very happy with Swift Services and will happily recommend them to everyone.

Once everything was set and the roof installation began everything went smooth and professional. A few neighbors even commented how professional the crew was through the entire process, 2nd plus.

A few hours after the installation started the doorbell rang, my 1st thought was "how much is this going to cost", opened the door to a smiling foreman who was very excited to tell me that I was going to save thousands, this is not the normal for me anyways, 3rd plus.

I could go on and on with the positives while having zero negative complaints. If you're in need of a new roof, especially when it was an emergency like ours, Swift Services LLC is the company to call!

I had my skylight done by Motorcity Skylight who by the way does not have a Contractor’s license and I was not aware until after the fact work and payment was completed. They were giving me their business lisense not Contractor’s license which is what i needed. Swift came out inspected their work and found some defects. he showed me exactly what was wrong with the installation soo thankful.

Highly recommended - they did a small job and did it fast. Perfect for what I needed. Super responsive and timely. Call Jim and Jennifer, they were great!

Yesterday they could not make it out. Today, first thing this morning, Jim came out and fixed my gutter. He was very kind and apologetic for not making it out yesterday. He was also helpful as he showed me some another issue on my roof that I will need to attend to.
I appreciate good service and this could not be better.

We had a water leak from the roof into our kitchen. An online search turned up Swift Services/Roofing. The reviews were good, so I gave them a call. I'm very glad that I did. Jim Swift promptly got back to me and scheduled a convenient time to come over. He did a very thorough inspection and determined the problem and solution. On a return visit he brought the necessary parts, and performed the repair. Needless to say - I am very happy with his service, and very highly recommend Swift Services!

I'm editing this review because since the first review they have put on a roof for both my brother and sister. The jobs were done right and the cost was reasonable. The company is professional and timely in their response to calls. Five stars!

Had a senior family member use this company, they didnt put the chimney pan on correctly after numerous attemps to get them back out do to water pouring in the basement they refused to help. we had to call someone else out here to tell us we had scrap shingle on the roof, extra nails just left and a chimney pan with no sealent on it. very disappointed in the service of this company. You should be treating your customers like family experience a senior citizen.

Swift Services just completed a tear off and installation of a new roof on my home. The wood-sided chimney also had to be rebuilt as it was deteriorating quite badly. They did an excellent job. I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and the quality of work that was done. The price was excellent too. I highly recommend this company for any work you might need on your roof. Jim, the owner was very accommodating and kept me informed every step of the way. The roof installation and the chimney rebuild were completed in a timely fashion. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!!

We are very happy with everything about Swift services and are so glad we chose them We worked directly with Jim and Jenn Swift and they were very timely in their response back. They were able to answer all of our questions. Swift services quoted us the best price around with using the best materials. We had multiple quotes that came in higher using lower quality materials. In the end Swift services was the best price! Jim came out personally and went over the complete process with us. Jim told us mid November and that is exactly when his crew showed up. The crew was very friendly and professional. They took the time to communicate with us the process of completing our roof. They cleaned up after themselves and even fixed our gutter for free. When it came time for the city of St. Clair Shores inspection, the inspector said “You used Swift Services? They do very good work and they used very high quality materials for your roof and did an excellent job.” We are so grateful and thankful for everything Jim, Jenn and the entire crew of Swift Services did. We used Swift Services to replace the roof on our rental home. Their quick response time was much appreciated - especially after I played phone tag (mostly me calling/texting) for close to two weeks with another roofer. Swift was able to get us on the schedule earlier than anticipated and got the job done in just over a day. Although there seemed to be some miscommunication between the crew and the tenants, Jim addressed the matter as soon as he was made aware of it and made sure to keep me in the loop. We would definitely use Swift Services again.

From reading reviews and seeing pictures of previous jobs, the crew that was sent to re-roof my home was not what I expected. They showed up at 8 a.m. and started working, which is fine, the problem was when they finished around 6:30 and began to clean up, they did not run a magnet to pick up any nails whatsoever. Their solution was to grab a leaf blower and blow everything into the grass, so it wouldn't be seen I'm supposing. I have three kids that love to play outside, so I have spent the better part of today walking around picking up nails. Oh, and cigarette butts. I know on the website it said owner is on site to oversee all work, which in my case was not true because I didn't see him at all yesterday. I suppose I could post a pic of everything I've found so far but I was hoping maybe he would have stopped by to check their work and I could let him know how they "cleaned up".

This is a great family owned and operated company. Jim, the owner, works all day long with his own crew, and the great results show how effectively the personal management approach works. Jim is easy to contact, very responsive, and if he says he will be at your house by 3pm, you can set your watch by him! Jim and his team were great. He is easy to work with and very responsive to any inquiries. Jim met with me in person and clearly walked through the options with me to make sure I was comfortable with the decisions. I had some shifted shingles and so I needed protection to put on the roof prior to a large ice storm coming. Jim personally went up on my roof and installed protective replacement shingles to protect from the storm.

All around very impressed with the quality of the roof and the customer service provided by Jim and his team. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof.
