I recently had the pleasure of working with Sweenor Builders on a large scale new construction project and it was an exceptional experience. From our first client meeting till the final walkthrough, the team at Sweenor Builders demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to quality.

It was a wonderful collaboration between builder, architect and interior designer at Reider + Co. As a designer I have been lucky enough to work with many teams over the last 20 years and this experience really stood out. Not only was Sweenor great with communication and execution but I was very impressed with their internal millwork capabilities. We designed very complex built-ins and interior architecture and they were always up to the challenge going above and beyond to bring the vision to life.

The final result exceeded my and most importantly the client's expectations. I look forward to future collaborations with Sweenor Builders. Their exceptional craftsmanship, transparent communication, and outstanding customer service make them a stand out choice in the industry.

Sweenor did a complete rebuild of the outside - roof, siding, shudders, screens, trim and storm windows for our100 year old 8 bedroom summer home. All siding and roof were done in cedar shingles. Home is 8000 sq ft. It was a major project by any standard with a great number of “one off”decisions and solutions due to the age of the home
Experience with Sweenor has been entirely positive. Quality of all the work was outstanding and timely. I could not have hoped for more. In addition the entire Sweenor team and subcontractors were of the highest quality and all very pleasant to work with. The attitude was always we will do all the work the right way never any hurrying up or compromise of quality.
