- Shawn talks a good game but he lies, performs subpar work, doesn’t return to fix improper work.
- He promised he would have our in-law studio completed in April 2023... we are looking for a contractor to finish what Shawn didn't.
- His communication with his subs is very poor and he/they shoddy work.
- Our new roof leaks because of improper flashing and our new windows leak for the same reason.

I highly recommend S & B Roofing for roofing and siding projects. The work was conducted on a Tribal Facility. The project was intensive as the roof had many sections and leaks. Most companies just come out and measure to provide an estimate. Shawn too the time to explain all the materials used and the process. The work was done efficiently. All construction materials were removed and the site and left the site neat and clean.
Shawn has completed two large projects for me. One at my beach house in Narragansett, RI and the other a house we own in Southern RI. The Narragansett house entailed new windows, new trim work, new doors & new siding for the entire house. His communication was fantastic, super helpful in guiding our selections and executed in a timely fashion. He went above and beyond and added additional accent touches to complete the look. We were so satisfied with his work, we hired him to do a complete renovation on a home in Southern RI, including new roof, new exterior deck, new updated bathrooms, new flooring, and interior trim work. He was great to work with and very accomodating as we encountered a few change orders. Highly recommend Shawn and his team and will use him again for future projects.
