After being quoted hundreds of dollars from other companies, half of them never showing up to scheduled times for estimates, and not returning phone calls we gave Roof Runners LLC a call. Todd came out quickly and was very communicative. He was only there for an estimate but he patched the leak we had for free since it was a simple repair (that again, other places were giving us estimates of $300-$800 for) We are beyond grateful for the kindness that Todd showed us and we will absolutely be using his services again if ever needed and recommending to others.

Overall best experience I could have asked for when looking for roof repair. Roof Runners team was Professional, Knowledgeable and Helpful. They were not pushy and trying to oversell, they told me what they noticed when they inspected it. Briefly talked to my insurance company and they did the rest. They have built up a good relationship with most insurance companies/adjusters in the area so dealing with my insurance company was non-eventful, which was refreshing. After having plenty of companies come out for a leak and give us quotes to replace the turbine then ghosting us, we decided to give Roof Runners a call. I was expecting to be put on a schedule and they come out later but they came within the same day. Todd was wonderful and immediately fixed the issue instead of trying to sell us something we didn’t necessarily need yet. Excellent experience throughout and couldn’t recommend Roof Runners enough! If you need anyone to play fighting games with you, (and most likely win) Todd is the man!

Using Roof Runners for our roof replacement was the best decision we could’ve made after our home was damaged during a recent storm. They even came out the night of the storm to tarp up the damaged spots on our roof and siding. Todd and his staff were very helpful every step of the way. Roof Runners were absolutely amazing. They were quick to get out here and check out my roof after the storm. Todd was super friendly and has some ninja skills. He checked out my entire roof, took pictures, and even walked around my house to check all parts of the roof without disturbing any of the family, which is pretty awesome. He worked with me and my current circumstances and didn’t pressure me into getting a new roof just so he could make a sale. Seriously some amazing people.

Roof Runners saved the day. I needed just a little soffit work done after the tornado. Roof Runners was the only company that didn’t give me a completely insane quote. They did great work, were super friendly, and finished the work same day. Super impressed. I can’t say enough good things about Roof Runners! I had a sudden roof leak after last night's storm and called Roof Runners in a bit of a panic, hoping for some quick help. Toni answered my call and was so friendly and understanding. She had Todd reach out to me almost immediately, which was such a relief.

With more storms on the way, Todd didn’t want me to be stuck dealing with more damage, so he made sure I had at least a temporary fix to get through the night, until the rain lets up for some shingle replacements. I’ve had a roof installed by Roof Runners on our old house and repairs made on the roof on our new house. Both experiences were great! Todd does a great job of communicating and staying faithful to his appointments and prices and will stay around to show pictures and share explanations of everything he finds. The crews on site have been punctual, fast and courteous. Christian came out recently to help us with a few leaks and couldn’t have been any easier to work with. He was thorough in assessing the roof for damage or sources of leaks and worked quickly once he found the problem. He also has an amazing beard and friendly attitude. I’d hire Roof Runners to do any roofing job I ever need and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends or family!

Todd and his team worked closely with my insurance company to process my claim and worked as a general contractor for projects including the roof and much more. He coordinated efforts with multiple contractors and ensured they were paid from the proceeds of the insurance claim.

We just had the roof completed a week ago. It was absolutely a pleasure working with Roof Runners. Todd was fantastic. Was able to come inspect and give the best quote that we had out of multiple companies and the only one that actually came out and looked at the roof not only did he inspect a roof, but he also inspected the attic and verified exactly what was going on internally and externally. The roof came out superb better than I even expected. It was an unusual color for the area and it came out to be a perfect addition to the contrast for the house. I’m pleased to recommend Roof Runners to anybody as concerned with a roof and needs to have attention.

I asked Roof Runner to come look at my roof after I had some shingles come off. I really liked them right away. They gave me a detailed estimate really fast, without a high pressure sales pitch. They explained the pros and cons of working with my homeowners insurance or paying out of pocket. They ended up replacing the roof a couple weeks later. They had a lot of shingle colors I was able to pick from, which was nice. The install crew was friendly and cleaned up really well. We’ve had big storms since then, and the roof hasn’t leaked or lost shingles, which is a really good sign. I’m happy with my overall experience with these guys and would use them again.

We absolutely loved the work that Roof Runners provided. We were confronted with several problems from the insurance company not wanting to pay for the roof . Todd took total control of the situation and worked with the adjuster add their inspectors. After at least three visits from the insurance company they agreed to pay. So glad I found this company! They are professional, responsive, courteous and just really nice people. I called them Friday afternoon for what turned out to be a small roof repair. They came to my home that afternoon, found the problem, made the repair and have followed up to be sure it's taken care of. Everyone I've spoken with at this company has been excellent. I definitely will call them in the future for any roof or gutter problems I have. Now I understand why their reviews are all excellent and are very much deserved.

Hello homeowners if you're looking for a professional reliable roof service I would recommend roof Runners LLC the reason is after the 4th estimate they came in closer plus they had a better shingle the cleanup was phenomenal Todd and Tiffany were on site answered all questions even when I had a bush or plant that was broken during the tossing of the shingles was asked do I want that replaced plus the cleanup was outstanding the job they did was beautiful the warranty that was offered is great

We needed some patchwork done after the recent wind storm. They came out right away, took care of the patch and finished a few other deficiencies on our roof. They truly did an amazing job at an affordable price. With contractors, it’s hard to get people to show up but they showed up when they said they would and that is much appreciated!

Highly recommend, great communication and follow through, and very knowledgeable. Todd came out almost immediately and identified some issues with the roof which if you’re a Fischer Homes Owner then it makes sense. He gave us some good advice on tracking the leak and then continued to look inside and outside the house to identify where the leak may be coming from, in all he spent well over an hour just looking through the house and asking questions. Great company!
