Ok I posted a few weeks ago about this company well I got my insurance check in and went and paid at thier office and Angela the owner was there explained everything that had happened with Chris Graham thier employee and how he started the job without my permission and lack of communication she was very sweet and helpful and said she was going to let her husband know about Chris’s lack of caring or his communication skills or lack there of Angela and her husband are very professional

Used them to repair wind roof damage years back. Great communication the first time. Had to call them back to fix poor workmanship.
Attempted to use them again for hail damage, terrible communication efforts on their part. Doesn’t seem they have a dedicated office/secretary because of the blatant disorganization. Ultimately had to switch to another roofing company to get the job done.

We have used Sutton Roofing & Construction on multiple occasions and have been happy with the work that was done. They are quick to get an estimate given and showed professionalism while on our jobs. I have never seen a crew care so much about not only doing the job right but also making sure the job site is cleaned up after they are finished. We highly recommend them!

Sutton Roofing put a very nice roof on our home. Later when it rained & leaked, I called. Chris came, found the leak and kindly repaired the roof!
Now years later, I'm calling Sutton Roofing for another quality job! I also spoke to a very kind, gracious lady that put the plan into action! Not one of is perfect, may we be kind to one another.

The work on our Home was suppose to be done a month ago and has yet to be finished.. very unprofessional and very short in communication... very messy... promise dates have been broken several times... Totally expected a smoother process due to it just being paint and flooring... they messed up my trim.. they splattered paint all over everything... not satisfied at all!!!

i had my roof replaced by Sutton Construction about 2 years ago. They did an amazing job. I now need some repairs on this same roof and Chris will not return my calls. I also had a commercial property that needed repairs on the roof. Received an estimate from Chris but no follow through from him to have repairs done. Chris is a very nice guy but extremely unprofessional. I honestly don’t think he has the managerial skills to run this or any other business.

Sutton roofing was willing to repair the wind damage to my steep roof. Other roofers did not want to take on the job. They went out of their way to get shingles that matched those on my roof. They came back 2 days later to make sure the repair was good after the roof was subjected to 40+ mile/hour winds the evening and day after the they repaired. If you need your roof repaired Sutton Roofing are the people to call.
