Ok I posted a few weeks ago about this company well I got my insurance check in and went and paid at thier office and Angela the owner was there explained everything that had happened with Chris Graham thier employee and how he started the job without my permission and lack of communication she was very sweet and helpful and said she was going to let her husband know about Chris’s lack of caring or his communication skills or lack there of Angela and her husband are very professional
Used them to repair wind roof damage years back. Great communication the first time. Had to call them back to fix poor workmanship.
Attempted to use them again for hail damage, terrible communication efforts on their part. Doesn’t seem they have a dedicated office/secretary because of the blatant disorganization. Ultimately had to switch to another roofing company to get the job done.
Paying attention to detail and quality of work, Sutton Roofing has met all of our roofing needs going above and beyond! It's been a pleasure working with the owners and their crew! I highly recommend Sutton!
