Roof repair - I had an excellent experience with the contractor, Jacob, who inspected my roof. He arrived promptly and was highly professional, taking the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done to remedy it. The person who carried out the work was also great; he went over the details of the job and showed me what he had accomplished once it was completed.
I have been waiting for rain to arrive to make sure that all repairs are up to standard.
I hired Hail Solution’s roofing services after a different company failed to get it right after numerous attempts.

HTS came to my workplace and replaced my cracked windshield. It was very convenient and done professionally. I would definitely recommend HTS.

After not finding a windshield all over NM I called up HTS and luckily they had one in stock. Robert was very nice and set up an appointment right away. I showed up early as did the installers. Everybody was knowledgeable and friendly as can be. They sure know what they are doing and get right after it. I was out in less than 30min.

John Cadena was amazing. My windshield was shattered by hail and he helped me get a new one ASAP. (John got me a new one in three days when everyone else said it would be weeks!) The day my windshield was suppose to come in, the warehouse got backed up so he personally drove to Houston to pick up all the windshields (including my own) that people were scheduled to have fixed! Amazing service. It is hard to find trustworthy businesses and especially ones with caring people running them. I would recommend them to anybody who needs a new windshield or hail repair! They were great with communicating and transparent about the whole process. I am extremely impressed and grateful!

Insurance company said it would take at least 2 months just to get my car in a body shop. These guys had it done estimate to done in a week. 5 days of that were spent waiting on insurance approval. Car looks better than it did before the hail storm. They did a great job and kept me informed all the way through the process.

All I gotta say is Jacob is so professional. My insurance company tried to only pay me 400 for the hail damage to my car. Jacob told me not to worry about it and that my car would be fixed. Jacob got almost 5000 to fix my car from my difficult insurance company (infinity/Kemper). He got both of my cars fixed. Now when I dropped my car off it was junky. When I picked it up I was shocked at how my car looked brand new in the inside. I was cheezing from ear to ear. I was like "NOW THIS IS FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!". THE TEAM WAS AMAZING. This has been the first time a company truly stayed by their word. They did a awesome job on my car. They came to my house to give a estimate and they were able to leave me with a free rental and take my car to the shop for me. My car was finished in a few days and when I got it back it was cleaned with a full tank of gas.
