Juan and his crew just completed a project for me and I am very satisfied. They were great at communicating, arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning up their work area each day. Great group of guys and would definitely use them in the future.

Michael and Chris were very nice and kind and explained what the situation was and how it needed to get fixed.

The job was to replace a faulty water heater. The job resulted in Chris M and Michael F putting in a lot of addition time to complete the job. Throughout the job I felt as though they didn’t rush through the job and they kept me informed of what was going on. Was kind and respectful.

Had main drain clogged up, they did a good job getting it unclogged. Cleaned up work area. They got on my roof and ran their drain snake into the vent line, and they pulled out roots. Micheal F. And Chris M. Both worked fast. They also did an estimate the same day.

These guys are fast, affordable, and professional! I have never had such great customer service and work quality! Great job guys!

We recently had On Point Plumbing come out to our home to look at our water heater due to low hot water pressure.
Chris & Carlos looked over our water heater and quickly identified the issue and got to fixing it. They explained the issue in simple terms and kept me informed throughout the process. They arrived on time, they were very polite and kept the work area clean.

Juan and Malachi came and serviced the pipes in our restroom. They were very respectful, clean and thorough in identifying the problem as well as suggesting different routes to resolution.

I called On Point because my gas line was leaking. First time speaking with Bill the owner I felt comfortable. Michael F and Chris C came in and completed the service. They both were professional and friendly. After completing the job they made sure that every pilot was lit and waited for the hot water to get hot from the hot water heater. I would use them again if needed!

Michael and Isreal were very helpful and very professional. Called and was fitted in that day. Very Pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

We’ve called them a few times. One time we needed a line cleaned out and Roto Rooter told us flat out he was old and didn’t want to do it. So he called On Point for us. They came and fixed the problem and installed a clean out. One of the guys got sun sick from digging up the line in the heat. We called the boss and he stopped work immediately so his man could get a break. Turned out he needed medical attention. The boss guy was genuinely worried about his worker, and took proper action. He truly cared about his guy and that left a lasting impression with us. Then we had an issue under a kitchen cabinet…under the concrete. They tackled it and even put new concrete down so we didn’t have a massive hole to deal with ourselves. We had an issue with our hot water heater and they fixed it quickly. Then we called them to replace a toilet with bidet. Top notch quality. I really like this company. The guys are really nice. They also don’t car mechanic me and tell me I need more work than needed done. They pay attention to detail and the job turns out fantastic. They all get along really well so it’s not just awkward silence either. Three guys were in my tiny bathroom crowded around the toilet giggling at the bidet. It was funny. They’re respectful but still talk to you like a normal person, as if long time friends. My husband and I fight and argue when we do plumbing projects around the house. Sure we probably could have replaced the toilet. But it would have taken hours and wouldnt of looked as nice as what they did. It looks like a pro did it because a pro did do it. We’ve decided it’s worth it to just call On Point because we know it’ll be done right, and no fighting. I recommend this company all the way.

Thank you to Juan & Jacob (mostly Juan lol) , very informative & got the job done! We had a clog with our kitchen and bathroom sink for 17 days and finally they get it all cleared up, along with minor piping changes.

Even cleaned up the mess after !!

Mike & Jacob came out and worked all day to correct a seeer line that had been installed the previous day incorrectly. When finishing the install a break further up the line occurred. Again they worked to fix the repair. The company shampooed the carpet area affected and Bill the owner came by 3x to ensure the progress of the work was on schedule and that I was satisfied with their corrective actions. Mike & Jacob were professional, cleaned up the area thoroughly and made sure I knew when they would return on Monday to pressurize the line again and make sure it is done right. Bill compensated us for the inconvenience. Good work by all, company with great employees and stand by their work

I’m a repeat customer, On Point replaced our water heater a few years ago. Had a bathroom plumbing problem, called On Point and they were here in just a couple of days. On time, great communication before they arrived, thorough but quick repair at a reasonable cost. Will be a repeat customer next time we have an issue!

Had a drain issue. Called office and within an hour they were at my house and had issue resolved quickly. Price was very fair and techs were very honest and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company for plumbing issues.

We could not get our toilet to unclog for the life of us. We tried everything from a toilet snake, Plunger and chemicals that was suppose to help. Michael and Kobe came out, took apart the toilet to find the the problem and now the toilet is flushing with no problems at all. They were very polite and I loved that they made sure the toilet was completely unclogged before they had left. I definitely recommend.

I've used On Point twice now once for a water leak and another time for my gas line to my house. They were very professional, knowledgeable and the price was right. Juan and Chris came to our aid in a hurry!!!!! Our washer failed, and as we went to install the new on our old faucet behind the washer broke. They came within 20 minutes of my call, unusual I know, but so appreciated. They changed out the valves and got everything ready within just over 2 hours from start to finish. Price was very reasonable. Kind efficient service!
