Sutherland exteriors did a great job of replacing my roof after a bad hail storm. Andrew Sutherland came over to meet with my insurance adjuster, and showed him how and where my roof was seriously damaged and needed to be replaced. Their supervisor, Nick was also very polite and helpful. They also managed to work around the frequent rainstorms that we were having.

I'm giving only one star because of how I was treated. My roof damage was covered by insurance. I was aware that Jason was working with my insurance company to get the needed repairs done, but no details were shared with me. My insurance company did not agree to a full roof replacement and Sutherland's request was denied. I haven't heard from them since the denial and I have received no response to my text message. This entire ordeal cost me about a month of unnecessary delay. Unfortunately, I can't speak to the quality of work.

Sutherland's exteriors and the project manager Jonathan has been wonderful through this whole experience! We weren't entirely sure if the shingles in our yard after the wind storm were ours or not, but never got around to checking it. So when he offered to check it out for us, we agreed, which we were glad we did. Turned out those were out shingles and we needed our roof replaced. Jonathan walked us through everything from the insurance call to how the roof would be replaced. The workers showed up promptly, were quick and polite when I needed to leave with my children making sure to clear them a safe path. They left our yard and drive way in great shape when they were finished. This has been a great experience!

Chris is very helpful in every way. installers were great, very time proficent, house and garage roof completed in two days. Looks great. More than pleased with entire encounter.

Through our whole experience with Sutherlands Exteriors, we were very pleased. We had hail damage from a passing storm in our area and we needed a new roof. Jonathan, Project Manager, explained everything about his company and what they would do. They did everything he said they would! Jonathan was very hands on through out the process. We have a ranch style house with unattached garage. Ariel and his crew did a wonderful job! The crew completed the project in one day! We can say our house and garage look great.
