They were very thorough, cleaned up after, prompt when they said they would start, and very professional. The house already feels warmer after they finished the spray foam of areas that were open for far too long. Fran was very knowledgeable and Joe was very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for spray foam insulation in their home.

Francis was on time and to say he is thorough doesn’t even begin to describe how methodical he is. UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!! 12/14/24 Sure Seal foam insulated my basement last year. Ambient temperature last night was 20 degrees outside....BASEMENT TEMPERATURE 50 DEGREES!!!!!! I highly recommend Fran and. sure Seal Foam insulation !!!! Thank you!!!

We live in an antique home, and living in New England, needed a solution for insulating the roofline. That solution was Sure Seal of New England, Fran answered every question, the crew showed up on time, the work was excellent, and I think they even swept out the garage where they ran the cords and hoses… excellent business and a pleasure to work with..Looking forward to keeping the heat in this winter and the super hot air out in the summer.

I went with Sure Seal for spray foam insulation. Fran was great to work with and took the time to educate me on the process. The work was done very thoroughly and they went beyond by fixing vents that needed to be supported. I am pleased with the work and would definitely hire these guys again.

Sure Seal installed foam insulation in the attic of our condo. There are two benefits that we experience from this. The first is a significantly reduced energy expense. But the 2nd is at least as valuable to us and that is that we can work in the attic. You're round without having to worry about freezing in the winter and being way too hot in the summer.

Fran and Sure seal installed spray foam insulation throughout my drafty 1940’s house and the results have been dramatic. The house feels like a thermos! It don’t feel the drafts anymore. I use 2 tanks of oil per year instead of 6-7 like I used to go through. In the summer the air conditioning runs far less. Within two years of Fran’s work the cost of the insulation was completely re-couped by the savings in energy cost. Using sureseal was easily the best return on investment of any home improvements I’ve made in the 18 years I’ve lived in my house. And to top it all off, Fran is just a sweetheart of a nice guy. these guys are top notch. I has some issues with ice dams on my roof and cold spots on my first floor they came to my home looked over the job. used a thermal camera to see were I was loosing the most heat from. came up with a comprehensive plan to get the most out of there services. spent the time looking at my needs. (not like other company's that just did a quick look and a rough price). the price was reasonable. and the work done neat and clean. in some areas he put in more than he quoted. saying its better to fill the space to get 100% of the benefits he and his staff did an amazing job. that fall and winter. WOW. what a difference. Went to buy a trailer from this company on Facebook asked him to hold until 3:40pm...... Just for time for me to get there, I left right away. At 3:25pm I texted him I was down the street he replied "sold" I said what "sold" "I sold to Somone else he offered me more money". Horrible!! Beware!!
