I'm renovating a second floor bedroom into a home recording studio; including a very heavy voice over booth. We had concerns on the weight capacity of the floor as well where to best place the booth. Initially, I got in touch with Bill who was very helpful and responsive. Andrew came by to consult and stayed well past the initial hour. He was tremendously knowledgable and friendly - answering all my questions in detail, educating on the technicals in a way a beginner could understand, and breaking down the options. It was clear he was thorough; evaluating the attic, basement, and floor plan to gauge how the home was constructed. He pointed out some very easy DIY quick-fixes that would help right away. In the end, he was transparent and honest about what was overkill and provided a viable & more affordable DIY option for our needs. Andrew came across as a genuine dude who was happy to help out a new member of the community. If/when we need help with bigger projects, or even a referral for another service, we'll definitely be hitting Andrew up.

Horrible experience just to hv house sided, windows installed that were already purchased by me ,then months wasted waiting for promised "itemized estimate for interior of house bid. Never received it. After months just an estimate, nothing itemized and bid was sky high and didn't include the ehole job we discussed. Excuses over why the job couldnt get done in a timely manner, not a big house. IMO price gouging above and beyond all others. Owner tells you one thing, the online guy delivers unprofessional texts and not at all what was discussed with owner. They did return to fix issues with siding that occured as soon as weather changed! Other contractors shocked at the cost I was charged and didn't even get new soffits with new siding. IMO These guys are worst of the worst.

Andrew and his crew helped a true damsel in distress in a crisis situation after coming home to water pouring out of my kitchen ceiling at 10:30pm on a Saturday night. He pulled his team together (remediation crew and plumbers) when I had a few pipes burst recently in my home. He was at my house shortly thereafter, accessed the situation and made some phone calls. His plumbing crew showed up a short time later to fix the issues to restore heat and hot water. Andrew and his plumbers left my house at 1am that morning. The following morning, Andrew and his remediation crew showed up early to get the clean up done. They worked most of the day. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to urgency of the situation. He is now in the process of fixing the damage. I highly, highly recommend Andrew and his team. They do great work!

I was very pleased with Andrew and his team from beginning to end. I called and asked for a quote, and he came the very next day. He wrote a very detailed list of what I would need and the job was done within a day. His prices were very reasonable compared to the other quotes that I got. And most importantly, I loved the finished job. My roof looks amazing, I would definitely use them again. I’ll attach before and after photos too!

I was impressed with how quick everything was done from getting the quote, the permit, they were here right on time and the job was done quicker than anticipated, which my dogs greatly appreciated . On Christmas Day of 2018 our home caught on fire due to a construction issue with our house. We hired Andrew Porter Contracting to take on the challenge of rebuilding. They were professional and were willing to work with us to allow us to build the home of our dreams. It turned out better than we could have ever imagined. We can't thank them enough for turning the worst thing that has ever happened into the best thing that has ever happened! Just had a roofing job completed by them this week and they did an excellent job. They were very easy to communicate with. The work was very efficient. Andrew was very trustworthy and honest about what was going on. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Bill and Andrew for your roofing needs! I just can't say enough good things about them. The first meeting with them, I felt extremely comfortable talking with them. They explained everything and wrote me a quote. I talked to several roofing companies, but something about the way they presented their work meant a lot to me. They scheduled me in and then I met all of their workers! I can't say enough good things about them either! They were punctual, friendly, polite, and answered all of my questions. It took 3 full days for them to do our roof. They did not rush to get it done. They were very meticulous about their work. My neighbors even enjoyed watching them work. Andrew and Bill were awesome, the project was done quickly and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. Disruption was minimal and there were no problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend them for any type of roofing job.

Andrew and Bills team were great, arriving early and getting right to work. ,Eric's attention to detail made this roof really look great and has added value to our home. The guys kept the yard very clean during the whole job and half an hour after the job was complete the dumpster was promptly picked up and aside from the beautiful new roofs one would never know the work was just done. The whole process from first contact with Andrew and Bill to when the dumpster left was smooth and without worry. APC Roofing & Restoration put a new roof on my house. APC does execellent quality work for an unbeatable price. I live in Charlton and got several quotes. Nobody could touch APC for price or quality. APC was on time, kept my property clean during the project and delivered an outstanding new roof.

We used APC for our small garage re-roofing project. They were extremely responsive via email/Angie's list messaging. This made it easy to schedule our estimate visit. They were able to come out at a time that worked for me (Saturday Morning) to look at our garage. They were very nice and polite. Because it was such a small job, they were able to complete the re-roofing on Tuesday, just 3 days later.

It was a true pleasure working with APC. The whole team — from Andrew and Bill to the crew that did the work — are true professionals. Andrew and Bill were very helpful and patient in working with us to get the best plan that would work for us and our house. And the crew was great, and definitely into what they do — it was great talking to them about the project as it was coming along. I was moving to a new location and had an urgency for a job to be completed quickly. Andrew and his team came in and removed The front section of my roof. They replaced it, re-shingled it in two days. Just in time for me to sell my house and move to my new location. Highly professional did a great job. Cleaned up nicely when completed. Bill and the crew were top notch. One day and done. A perfect roof at the best price by far. I'm confident my new Owens Corning duration roof will hold up to the elements for years to come. These guys did not give me the lowest bid for my roof . However their Quote included every detail of the job which l had included in my request. None of the other four quotes I received from local companies included half the items I requested (both in writing and verbally when I met with them). They also were able to schedule my job in the one week timeframe I requested. They stayed in constant communication with me on every detail. The crew arrived on time and worked late to make it a one day installation. They took pictures of the progress and texted those to me as well. Eric and his crew did a great job and I have no doubts that their work will keep me worry free for the next 25-30 years

Many, many thanks to Andrew and Bill from Andrew Porter Contracting!! After contacting several roofing contractors and 2 being “no shows” for appointments we gave these gentleman a call. They set up a prompt appointment for an inspection and met with us early on a Saturday morning. We got an roof inspection and an estimate that was very clear, concise and beat out the others. Andrew and Bill listened carefully to our request, answered all our questions and gave us an idea of a timeline for the job. We signed a contract within a couple of days. We are thrilled with our beautiful new roof!! Our house, large garage and even our shed now have new roofs. The project was completed within a week and half of the estimate and they did it all in a 2 day timespan. They have a professional crew who were respectful of us and our property. I met Andrew about 2 years ago when his crew did my parents' roof. When it came time for my roof to be replaced, I called APC and one of their guys came out the following day to quote. I'm pretty particular with repairs around the house and normally do most work myself so that I know that it's done correctly. I can tell you, these guys are true professionals and one of the few contractors I trust to work on my home. They explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it, which was cool. 5 stars guys, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

I can't say enough how pleased we are with our new roof. It's beautiful! Andrew and Bill were true to their word giving us a top quality roof to last a lifetime at a fair price. I spent way too long trying to find someone who would repair our roof... we dealt with companies that wouldn’t call back and those who did, never showed up. Andrew and Bill were the first ones to call back, confirm appointments (same day, no less!), and show up on time. They were professional, courteous, and our roof was installed about a week later!
