Dave and his crew have been our go-to contractor for every major project for the last 13 years. He tore down our apartment to the studs and completely rebuilt it with excellent craftmanship. He replaced our decking at our new home and most recently renovated our bathroom. He has impeccable communication, promptness and a very high say/do ratio. He is worth every penny.

Dave and team did a fantastic job with the roof, soffits, and fascia. They offered great advice and were quick to quote and complete the work.

I was given David’s number from a friend, after a tree fell on my roof causing extensive damage to the roof. Dave and his crew did a temporary repair and gave me an estimate. In two days time they stripped entire roof, repaired several broken rafters, shingled entire roof and cleaned up thoroughly. With some work to be finished in the spring. We are nothing but impressed with the quality and service we received from Dave Barbale.

We contacted him originally because a month after we moved into our home in Southbridge we discovered a leak in both our kitchen and adjoining bathroom ceilings.

He promptly made arrangements to come out and assess the situation….and suggested he at least attempt to repair the area. (This because the roof was only 9 yrs old).

Unfortunately the issues causing the leaks were more involved, and additional leaks were also discovered…. and we agreed that it was best to replace the roof.

Every text we sent with questions and concerns were promptly answered. Dave managed to fit us in sooner than later and got it done before the winter.

In this day and age, it is so refreshing to connect with a local business that is professional and extremely responsive.
Today after texting Dave--- his foreman Jeff, a personable and knowledgeable young man showed up within 15 minutes to inspect our roof, etc.
My wife "fired" a multitude of questions at Jeff and his answers were forthcoming and honest. I could go on, but no need to bore anyone with any more details, but if first impressions are important --we want to do business now and in the future with David Barbale Roofing Contractors.

David Barbale did a roof replacement for us. We contacted 4 different companies for a quote. David Barbale was the only company that sent an email detailing a description of work and materials. The work was done sooner than expected. The crew was great. They took pictures showing the work in progress to show that they did what they said they were going to do. The job was completed in a day and it was like they were never here. The roof looks great! Great job guys!!

David and his company of plumbers,plasterers,electicians,floor guys and carpenters, just finished a complete demolition, and rehab,and bathroom instalation,on our bathroom originaly installed over 60 years ago.
Dave himself(as the contractor) was very friendly, comunicative, (he ALWAYS returned calls and texts),punctual and thorough. The people who work with him, are all people who have worked with him, an average of 20 years (you can trust them to be in your home alone) and they do realy great work !
The finished job was FANTASTIC !

To write a sufficiently glowing review of Dave Barbale and his work is impossible! Dave showed up promptly to review our roof situation and prepare a very reasonable estimate. The weather was not cooperative this spring, but on the first possible day Dave showed up with a crew and got our job done, very much to our satisfaction. Thank you Dave Barbale!

David did a fantastic job replacing our roof! He was up-front with us when he gave us an estimate as to when he could do the work. My husband asked him if there was any way he could get it done sooner, as we were planning to have a celebration for our son's high school graduation. Well, it turned out that David ended up having an extra day between projects, so he brought a very large crew and got it all done in one day! When I left for work that morning, they were just arriving. When I got home in the afternoon, they were using a rolling magnet to pick up any stray nails and cleaning up after themselves. The roof looks great, and the yard was spotless after they left. I would highly recommend him and will definitely call him again for our next house project.

Earlier this fall I needed new outside stairs and a total rehab of a six room apartment. A friend recommended David Barbale. I had never met Dave but trusted my friend's reference. Within 4 days I had my new stairs. After the stairs, Dave replaced 13 windows, put in six rooms of drop ceilings and had all the walls of each room plastered ready for paint. The work was done well and Dave kept all of his timetables and performed extremely professional work.

Davis is very easy to work with and he is very ethical and trustworthy. I will be calling him for future work in the new year. I highly recommend working with David barbale.
