We had a great experience throughout the whole process. The delivery guys were excellent ! They had a very small space to get our shed in but had no problem. I will definitely call Superior Sheds in Palatka again if we get another shed. Overall very happy!

The only positive thing I have to say is Heather was a good sales person. What they don't tell you is from the minute. You've paid your last payment, and there's a problem with your shed. You have to go on to a website.
You're told to go into a website and fill out a complaint and then wait. After waiting patiently and driving 73 miles each way and losing time from work. I had a new crew come out only to tell me that it was done incorrectly. Because the guy was getting fired anyway didn't know what he was doing or cared. I still have a door that won't close properly and a busted support beem underneath! Now told I need an assessment to go back and make another request for service. There is Nothing "Superior' about this company when it comes to Customer Service! Gary

Heather was super understanding and helpful at the new location which is up and running in Palatka after their move to new location.
There is a great selection to view or choose from, and designing custom components for us was very simple with her help.
The new construction was promptly done and delivery / installation was first rate!! They are very easy to deal with and highly accommodating!

I recently stopped in to Superior Sheds of Palatka, and was greeted by Brenda, the manager. I had never purchased a shed before, and she was very informative. As it turned out, I needed a permit for the shed, and I couldn't get one because Putnam County requires a dwelling first, which I don't have yet, on the property. So I had to cancel the deal, but Brenda was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.

Dave is great and spends time answering your questions. Was impressed with this place. Will be ordering my carport from them.

It was a great experience, very knowledgeable staff with a wonderful personality. Also the buildings are high quality at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Superior Sheds to anyone looking to purchase a portable building.

I bought my shed in early December 2020. Was delivered on 16DEC2020. Not very concerned with fixing warranty issues with their products. I've waited 2 months to get a door that will not latch looked at. When someone finally did arrive ( 15FEB2021, 2 months later) they couldn't figure out what the issue is and suggested I need a new door. Wonder how long that will take.

We were looking for a shed, made a phone call at 9am. Lori was so informative over the phone and her expertise was very welcoming so we drove over and she showed us around to all the sheds and was very accommodating and knowledgeable on every aspect! Top notch service and great customer service thru the whole process!
