friendly and efficient. Did a good job on the windows - many of which were a challenge to access. Also cleaned the gutters and did a very good job of getting all the gunk, and there was a lot, into our wheelbarrow to make it easy to dispose of.

Superior Services did a Superior job on pressure washing our long driveway. They worked with care, and the result was so nice. Still makes me happy!

Don't normally write reviews but Josh did a fantastic job. He spent an entire day cleaning windows, tracks, frames, screens, exterior sills, roof, etc. He went so far as to remove the windows from the tracks to really clean everything. I had hired a different local window cleaning company to do a 'post-construction' window cleaning on our new home and the windows looked ok but the tracks were still filled with drywall and construction debris after he was done. Gave up trying to get him back. Got a few more bids and ultimately hired Superior services to do it over including the roof and what a difference. Everything was immaculate. Definitely recommended.

Superior Services did an excellent job cleaning my windows inside and outside even though they had to us a 20' ladder to get to some of them. I will have them back again this year.

I have been using Superior for my annual window cleaning for a few years now and they are great. Very professional and my windows are sparkling clean. This i also had them treat my roof for moss and clean the top surface of my Solar panels. They did great on those tasks too. Highly recommend.

Two men showed up on time. One did the inside whilst the other did the exterior. A lot of ladder worked was involved. They were polite, efficient, and did an excellent job for us. We were very pleased.

They live up to their name! My roof has steep pitches and cement tiles. Josh uses extreme care to safely treat our roof and gutters on an annual basis. This treatment has really kept moss growth in control.

We also use Superior Service to clean our windows and screens. Just love how their service makes my home sparkly clean.

This services were provided a while ago, but, as I recall, they showed up on time and cleaned my windows, skylights and deck professionally and as promised. They had me review their work before they left to be sure I approved. I thought the pricing was reasonable and I would hire them again.

This is the first review I’ve ever written, I felt compelled to do so. I contacted them with exact services requested, window and awnings cleaning and skylights, plus roof moss treatment. After some back and forth, they sent an estimate for all items and couldn’t schedule work for about 40 days out. I agreed and accepted the estimate and appointment for service. The workers showed up on time, began cleaning the outside windows and rather quickly knocked on the door to say they were done and ready to do the inside – I said what about the awnings and skylights? They said that was not included in the work order, I pulled up the estimate and showed them what was agreed to and then they called the ‘dispatch’ and said the roof was too steep and the they weren’t really sure how to clean the awnings – the dispatch person said she was sorry and it was their fault the crew was not able to do the work and they would call me the next day to rectify. They called the next day and said they just weren’t capable of doing the roof work, skylights and cleaning the awnings, although they had bid the job and agreed to do it!! They then made a “concession” to only charge me half price for the window cleaning, so now I have to pay them for literally wasting over a month of time to complete maybe %20 of the work they agreed to do – super unprofessional and disappointing, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Wonderful effort. The tech, Josh, did a great job. We are looking forward to the follow-up work and especially the "spring cleaning" next year.
