It took two and a half years for Superior Roofing to make a repair to my leaking roof. The roof was less than a year old at the time of initial contact. My house has water and mold damage to the walls and ceilings for the leaking roof, that I am left to fix at my expense. On top of the repairs I have already paid for to fix my furnace due to the leak. However they did reimburse me a year ago for part of the floors that were damaged. Their representative at the time, promised the company would take care of ALL repairs and damage to my home caused by the leaking roof.

Edited to respond to owner...Chris you heard the leak coming through the wall yourself. So how did that not ruin the floors, ceiling and walls? And let's reiterate the fact that it took two and a half years for the problem to be fixed. Or at least hope it's fixed. We shall find out when we get more rain. I never had any issues with leaks until your crew replaced my roof. What damage was done and the cause of the problem came from your crew. And it's funny how all of a sudden the problem was found when you yourself said you never noticed the hole when you were on my roof. I too have pics and videos for proof of damage and would be happy to send.

They arrived in the early morning hours to start on my roof and finished late that evening and completed my roof in one day! Very easy to work with, returned my call right away. Came out within two days to give estimate on the roof. A week later it was scheduled and completed and looks great. Everything was cleaned up well.

Superior's crew arrived on time and completed the entire job of roofing the detached two story, two car garage in 4 hours! This included removing the old shingles down to the deck, installing new underlayment and new shingles as well as new edging on all edges. They were fast and accurate and their bid was $1200 less than competitor's bid.

We got the run around and was never able to get ahold of the roof salesman. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Once they found out insurance was not paying for the roof they never called us back or would answer any of our calls if they would have they would have found out we were willing to pay for the roof but I was never able to get a hold of anyone.

Except that there is a new roof, you can't even tell anyone was at my house. After a full tear off, there was no debris on my property.
I went to work in the morning with an old roof, came home to all new and the crew was gone. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

They damaged my guttering in several different places after working on my roof for about 2 hours. I called them to see about fixing it and he refused to replace it because "it was such a small job" and he "didn't even want to do it in the first place". After being extremely rude on the phone he agreed to take $50 off my bill and told me never to call them again. He shouldn't have to worry about that, I definitely won't be.
