Our HVAC leaked all over our brand new carpet in our brand new house. Steve not only did a fantastic job restoring the carpet, but he also contacted the builder for us to get the HVAC people out again after they failed to repair the system properly the first time. He was always prompt and communications were always quick and easy. I hope I won't be needing this sort of service again any time soon, but if I do I will definitely be using these guys.

Steve and his team did a great job. Experienced a leak on the 2nd floor that damaged walls, ceilings and flooring on my lower floor. Steve repaired everything just like new and you can never tell there was any damage. Very professional and most importantly they kept their work area clean throughout the restoration.

I moved in my new home and after 2 weeks in my house I experienced a bad HVAC leak. Causing damage to my carpet. Superior Cleaning was contracted out. Prompt response, professional and competent! My carpet was repaired and the area was remediated completely. Everything looks like it did pre damage! No stress on my part and instant relief of anxiety. I appreciate Steve and his crew.

Not sure what happened. Sent an email for what I needed done, Steve responded right away via email and we spoke on the phone. Said he'd come out and give an estimate that same day or the next day. Gave him address, no show. Sent follow-up email, no reply. Sent a follow-up text, crickets.

The technician evaluated the project and we decided on a plan of action. He completed the job in a very timely manner and placed everything as it was before the start of the job. He discussed recommendations to alleviate future problems. Very professional .

I was having a door replaced and upon taking off the old 20 year old door we found water damage, rotten wood, deteriorated drywall, worn out floor joist, basically a disaster. My husband googled immediate water restoration. Mr. Wood came out the same day took inventory of my situation and had a crew there the next business day. I am proud to say 11 hours later they had completely resolved my problem, rebuilt the front foyer, sistered up my floor joists, hung back up my drywall. Just a wonderful experience with professional contractors. I would give them 10/10 all day long 7 days a week. Now my front door is in and everything is perfect.

In search of a second opinion after not getting the proper answers needed I came across Superior Cleaning and Restoration. Owner Steve Wood was knowledgeable ,pleasant, respectful and understanding and reliable. He listened to the issues I was having with a prior company , quick with scheduling an appointment to assess my concerns. Upon arrival he immediately spotted the issue and reached out to one of his credible sources ( it was a leak). He was able to review my insurance claim , explain in its entirety why it was denied and how to move forward . He presented options to correct the situation so that it wasn’t causing further damage to my home . In a time of uncertainty I can appreciate someone who is honest , passionate about their job and knows what they are doing . I would highly recommend him to get the job done!!

Started out with a mold removal job at a house I was moving to, but also ended up having them do carpet, paint and more in the house I'm selling. Very reliable and fair on pricing, and didn't charge extra even though they did more than originally planned. Will def keep using them for projects

The basement flooded in our beautiful brand new home. We had just been given the keys and I was completely distraught; we hadn't even moved in yet! I came home around 11:30pm on a Sunday night to ankle deep water...

I "ugly cried" at leat a half an hour... I didn't know what to do....
The first number I found was "Superior Restoration" .... I called ugly crying, in the middle of the night, and Steve answered the phone....
he said "I got you"
Although I didn't get much sleep he showed up early and vacuumed the water up, set up the dryers... and told me.... it isn't at bad as I thought...
Because this was my first home, I didn't know what to do... but he has helped me through the entire process....

On 12/24/2022 I had a pipe burst in my basement and it was destroyed. I stumbled across Superior Restoration number and decided to give them a call. To my surprise this was a one stop company. I called and spoke with Steve who came out the following day and began to work.
Nothing but professionalism the entire time (just over a month). He and his staff was responsive, on time and I hardly knew they were in the basement.
Everyday, my basement was cleaned and organized with their equipment.
My basement has been restored and I have no complaints.
The quality of their work is outstanding and I highly recommend Superior Restoration to anyone. I will continue to use Superior Restoration for any future work.

They removed all the water damaged from my basement and made it look brand new. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Very responsive, prompt and reliable - Steve came to my home the day I called to inspect for possible water intrusion. He arrived when he said he would and was very thorough during his inspection. He clearly explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend his services.

Steve was amazing to work with. He came out to my house within 20 minutes of me calling to assess the water damage caused by a busted pipe. Him and his team came out the very next morning with fans to handle the water damage. He kept me posted throughout the process and sent me pictures of everything he did. I called the company out for a concern I had with possible mold/mildew issue. They came as soon as they could and gave me guidance on how to take care of it since it was a minor thing I could handle myself. He could have taken advantage of the situation since I am a single female home owner on a tight budget… but instead he was honest that it was something I could address, gave me exact guidance and told me to call if there were any issues moving forward. It’s hard to find that integrity, compassion and honesty in businesses today. He was very professional and to the point.

I forgot the guys name that came out to assist me but he was beyond friendly , he did an excellent job identifying the leak in my bedroom , drying it up , coming back to ensure I didn’t have mold .. he even cleaned up after himself. He came back again on a separate occasion where I needed my drywall fixed from a sink repair .. not only did he fix my drywall .. he makes sure my sink was flushed to the wall as best as it can . Not to mention !!!! He helped me with a mouse issue I was having in my garage . He went beyond his duties to ensure I was happy and I would definitely call him again for any issues I may encounter. Keep him on your team and give that man a raise !!!!! I would say a promotion but then I’ll probably never see him again lol

My house recently flooded on a Sunday afternoon. Steve and his team came out the very next evening, after have being in a class/conference all day in VA (I live in St. Mary’s) and set up huge industrial size fans and dehumidifiers. But prior to that, they laid down carpet protection on the undamaged carpet!

Steve has since been to my house many times, working on the mold remediation even prior to getting my Homeowners report/estimate.

Steve is so easy to talk too, always available to take my calls and stays in contact daily talking strategy & schedule.

I don’t leave reviews often, but I do when I get amazing customer service especially during catastrophic events such as my house flooding 3 floors!
