The hardest part about this process was determining what color shingle to go with. Chris & Michael are amazing to work with. From initial phone call, inspection, negotiating with my grueling homeowners insurance company, every step of the way they were excellent and helpful. If I had another house, I’d have them do that one too!

Sr Property Inspector Charles Owen went above and beyond to make sure our insurance company would approve our roof that was damaged by wind, weather and hail as well as our kitchen ceiling that was damaged from water coming thru. He took his time to take hundreds of photos inside and out and sent the photos over for us to the insurance company. He took care of all the work between them even when we weren't home. After we finally got approved we had our roof done promptly and decided to add new 6" gutters with gutter guards as well which turned beautifully! Our kitchen was also repaired and Mike the owner sent out and amazing painter who perfectly matched the texture on our ceiling and we were amazed by his work! I highly recommend using Charles Owen and Shoreline Exteriors for all of your roof, gutter and interior repairs! They completed the work in a timely manner and with quality materials. They also were easy and great to communicate with and everyone was super friendly.

Working with Shoreline Exteriors and Charles Owen was a great experience. Charles was instrumental in working with our insurance agent and solar panel company to coordinate everything for what I considered a complex roofing job.

I couldn't believe that in a matter of 2 days the roof was removed, new roof installed, and full clean-up in 2 days - exactly as promised.

We worked with Charles Owen, the senior property inspector for Shoreline Exteriors. It was a real pleasure, and we are very happy with the results. Charles has a lot of experience working with the insurance companies, and we greatly appreciated that experience as he navigated the whole process with State Farm for us. Charles inspected our roof for free, he identified the extensive wind damage with clear photo documentation, helped us file the claim and saw it through to the end, dealing with much of it while we were overseas.

The construction was quick, professional and the new roof looks great! They used Owens Corning materials, which does have a lifetime transferrable warranty. Ultimately, because of Charles's expert handling of everything, we indeed only paid for the deductible, which saved us about $18,000 out of our pockets. Again, we couldn't be more satisfied!

Charles Owen from Shoreline Exteriors was in my neighborhood and swung by my house to offer a free inspection of my roof after a storm had come through. There was quite a bit of damage, and he helped us through the process of filing an insurance claim with our insurance company, met with the insurance adjuster, and helped us get approved for a new roof!

The new roof looks fantastic with the Onyx Black Owens Corning architectural shingles. Really improves the look of the house and I'm sure will last for a very long time! We also had Shoreline Exteriors replace our gutters with new 6" gutters and they look fantastic as well.

I have recently had the opportunity wo work with the team at Shoreline Exteriors, we have a lot of traffic from companies that want to do work, aggressive salesmanship, promising the moon delivering nothing. However, working with Shoreline has been a great experience, each person that I dealt with was professional courteous and knew what they were talking about.
