Hector Came to my house the same day and fixed a hole in my roof. we had been having some heavy rains and the tape and texture was falling all over our patio in the front. Thank you Hector for taking the time and coming back the next day to fix the ceiling. You had reasonable prices and your honesty was refreshing.

I got a few estimates from other roofers but I chose Sunshine Roofing because they gave me me a very good price. As the work was being done the workers worked very hard and the owner really takes care of them he bought them food and waters. After the recent storms my roof no longer leaks and it looks amazing. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’m shocked it’s all 5 stars. Work started a week late, which I didn’t understand because there was no rainy weather that whole week, so just poor expectations set by Hector AKA Reddy. They did terrible work at a high price so that’s why I'm giving a 1 star.  I watched one of them break a window with a shingle and while I was assured it would be replaced, they never ordered a new one and never compensated me for my window and I have gotten no response since the job was done after I made attempts to collect. Also, the workers took it upon themselves to cut up some stained hardwood flooring I had in my garage that I was using to patch spots in my house! Who just sees random nice wood laying around someone’s garage and decides to take a saw to it... and when I approached them they all denied it.

I would never recommend Hector based on the lack of professionalism and not taking responsibility for the actions of his workers and compensating me for damages, or even responding to me!

Not reading texts is different than not receiving, as you can see from the photo attached. This review was intentionally written 5 weeks later to see if I would hear anything back and only AFTER this was written did I receive an immediate response to “resolve this like gentlemen”.

I will not change my review. The fact that you challenge my honesty and integrity is appalling and hypocritical and please don’t use COVID as a cover for poor communication and expectations. If your team had COVID then I should have been made aware prior, seeing as I have a pregnant wife and toddler at home.
