Sunrise built a pier for us in the early part of 2024. In recent years it seems very common that a contractor is so agreeable before signing a contract and only later in construction process and final walk thru is the customer frustrated and disappointed in the quality of project and attitude of the contractor. That is NOT the case with Sunrise Docks. We are thoroughly satisfied! They listened to us throughout the project and we did not see any bad attitude nor shortcuts while going through the project process. Our pier looks great!
Sunrise docks built my dock it was only ok. They won't take care of my issue's after 2 years but they want to bring customers to look at the boathouse yet still won't fix my issue's I'll not recomend them to anyone.
We live out of tow. I believe thats why we don't get taken care of. I'm very disappointed in sunrise docks.
They did a bad cleanup screws were left for my family to step on and injure themselves.
There attention to detail was lacking in the final details.

We wanted to add a boat lift to our existing dock. After listening to our desires, Jim made a recommendation we had not considered. It saved us money and looks great! Bill Baggett worked with us throughout the project to make certain everything was perfect. Great people! Awesome dock!
