Sunnu Construction built this gorgeous patio which was flawlessly layered into the existing roof line and finished with used roofing tiles that matched our weathered tiles from 1988. Steven and Chris executed the entire project very professionally, timely, and with excellent communication along the way. Great value at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend!!

Sunno Construction provided high quality services for a fair price. I had them build a patio cover and assist with concrete demolition (the old concrete was falling apart). The materials and design chosen for the patio cover are of high quality and structurally sound. I opted for the sky lift brackets for air flow and a good pitch to the roof. In my case, there was a challenge when any heavier rain would come down as it hit the roof of the house and bounced between the opening. This resulted in a spray of water getting into the space below the cover. After notifying Sunno Construction, they offered a solution which was a polycarbonate panel to act as a splash guard. This resolved the issue and the patio cover has been great. Still allowing air flow without compromising the dryness down below.

Sunno Construction did an incredible job removing our old enclosed sunroom and replacing it with a beautiful new patio cover. From start to finish, their team was an absolute pleasure to work with—the nicest contractor group I’ve ever hired! They are a family-owned business with outstanding communication, competitive pricing, and a commitment to quality that truly shows in their work. Their craftsmanship is stellar, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. So glad we trusted them for this project! Highly recommend!

Sunno Construction has been great to work with. They installed our three level deck a few years ago and helped us tailor the deck to our needs. Steve worked with us to select quality material and was careful to give us the information we needed to make decisions that stayed within our budget. The guys that came out were extremely professional and respectful of our tenants' privacy concerns. This time they came out to make some minor repairs and were just as forthcoming as the first time. No matter the size of the project, these are your guys! They communicate well, come when they say they will and get the job done. Of course we'll use them again for our future projects.

You can tell the quality of a company by the little details. I had Sunno build a run of privacy fence for me and my neighbor, and it was a great experience. The material quality is high, they construction is sound, and they were very efficient with how they managed the project. The bonus details were how clean and organized they were. They left the job without a scrap of evidence they were there. I had a broken latch on my gate, and they even fixed it without being asked. We needed our front deck fenced in. The team did a great job. Communication was great, there was a quick turnaround, the price was reasonable and we are very happy with the results. Would happily work with them again the next time we have a project we need completed.

I was very please for the promptness of the team that replaced a section of my fence, however it was brought to my attention by neighbors that the top of the posts have a pretty big gap, as a woman I was unware that this should have been done before completion of the job. If I could get some help with concern , I would be very delight to share.

Look no further! This is the business for you! I work in the interior/exterior design world. I have flipped/remodeled many houses. I usually have horror stories. In the case of Sunno, there is nothing negative I can say at all. The service was stellar, communication was exemplary, cleanliness was out of this world, and there are no words for their work ethic & finished product! Don’t hesitate to hire them. Now I just need to find another project for them!

P.S. Sunno replaced our old deck with Deckorators decking material and an aluminum railing. Love it!

Sunno built a cedar privacy fence for me and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. They were friendly and professional and worked quickly. Fence was done in 2 days and it’s gorgeous! I’ll be hiring them for other projects in the future.

Steven and his crew built us an 80 foot chain link fence and a 120 foot cedar 6’ fence. They came in and did the job in 2 days. Very professional, quick workers. Set the posts one day and put up the fence the next day. We really like our new fence. From high quality design concept and materials, consultation discussion to understand our expectations, ideas, needs and with competitive pricing, attention to detail and organized crew workflow, we are completely happy with the final result. Patio Covers, Decking and Fencing is all they do and it shows in their expertise and quality of their work. Highly recommend them and will use them again for my next project. Family owned and operated. All work is done with company/family employees, no sub contracting of the labor. Steven has also followed up with us after the build to be sure we are totally happy with the result and we are!

Stephen R and his team replaced a wide patio cover that was leaning onto the gutter of our house. They tore down the old patio and they built a new one that transformed the look, feel, and usefulness of our outdoor living area. They additionally tore our old gutters that leaked due to overflow from our old patio every time it rained and replaced them with new ones. The team was professional and knowledgeable. They accommodated our design ideas, while making sure everything was structurally sound. They used good construction materials, and they completed the project in a timely manner.

Sunno was very easy to work with and they did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it and left the job site very clean. I'm really happy with the fence they built. I used another contractor in the past on this rental for a small section of the fence & I was disappointed with their work so I didn't call them back for the major fence project. I'm glad I chose Sunno and I'll use them in the future when I need another fence, gate or deck.

Our fence was blown down during a recent wind storm. Stephen came out quickly and assessed the damage. Then wrote us a quote and they started in 24 hours after that. Finished the job in one day. Awesome company to work with.

I contracted out Sunno to remove a long chain link fence behind our warehouse. They were timely, and professional. The space afterwards was left clean and the holes from the previous fenceposts were taken care of and levelled. I would definitely recommend them.

The wind blew over my fence and I thought it would be difficult to get in touch with someone. Stephen returned my call very quickly, was able to come and give a quote a couple days later and that fence was up the next week. My previous fence was less than two years old and had not been built to last, apparently. This fence is definitely going to last more than two years! They did a great job and I highly recommend! We also discussed a future job that I'm looking at.

We have had two projects done with Sunno Construction. A lovely fence and gate built with hog wire around the garden to keep the dogs out, and a covered patio/outdoor gym in our backyard. Both jobs were done incredibly well and efficiently. We also had a wonky gate latch that had been giving us trouble and Steven offered to help us with that too while he was here. Steven is kind, easy to work with and quick to respond, we highly recommend his work!

Steve and his crew were great. They came on when they were scheduled and got the job done in quickly. Cleaned up everything when they were done and made sure I was happy. I added a screen room to the deck and now have a back yard I love.

In mid-June 2022 we hired Sunno Construction to replace our patio cover. Our house still had the original aluminum cover over our small backyard patio. I guess they were popular in the 70s. Another house in our neighborhood used to have one just like it until it collapsed during the last snowfall. We wanted to replace that ugly thing before it collapsed and tore our roof down with it. The first company I asked to give us a quote let us down by failing to provide a reasonable or informative estimate, even after I asked them multiple times. So I gave up on them and I found Sunno Construction on Google. I talked to Steven on the phone and told him what we wanted. He came to our house within a day or two. Then a couple days later he emailed AND texted a very detailed quote to me. His service was already much better than the first company. We also asked him to give us a quote for a portico over the front door, but after reviewing the quotes we decided that only the patio cover was within our budget. We approved that quote and denied the portico quote. Steven put some effort into quickly providing accurate quotes so I'm glad he was so professional and respectful of what we ultimately chose to do. We scheduled a few days for the work, and his team of three guys came over on the scheduled start date. Steven wasn't there, but the guys were also respectful and courteous. If only the guys we hired earlier to do some concrete work had been as considerate to our property as Sunno's workers! Unlike the concrete company, they did their best to contain their mess and leave our yard undamaged. But the best part was that the decaying cover was gone after ONE DAY, and two days later they were done building the awesome new patio cover! It turned out exactly as Steven had described it to me. (I included some before-and-after photos.) They even left some extra roofing that I will keep in case I need to patch our house roof. We are happy with everything Sunno Construction did-- from my first discussion with Steven to the final walkthrough with him. When we have money for another major home improvement, like siding, windows, and gutters, I want to hire Sunno again. And I hope that after inflation comes back down we can afford to hire them to build a portico onto the front of our house. This review is my thank-you note to Sunno Construction. Great work guys!

Steven and the crew at Sunno were super responsive and able to fit my fence job in on pretty quick notice. The finished product is beautiful and high quality, crew worked quickly and cleaned up well after, and the price was comparable with other bids which often spec’d worse materials than Sunno used. Would not hesitate to use them again for any work we may need in the future.

They did great quality work with attention to detail. Also they were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Few contractors I’ve used expressed equal concern in delivering what was promised. I would 100% use these guys again.

Highly recommend, was looking to have a 12x20 patio cover installed and attached to the house and was not disappointed. It turned out better than I was imagining. The team was great, very professional and the quality of work was top notch with great attention to detail. The price for the project was very fair and was a quick turnaround to complete. After the initial visit and agreement for the project the team was back out in 3 weeks to complete the job which is very fast for a project of this magnitude. Would recommend for anyone and for future projects.
