I highly recommend Gresham Roofing! I sought a number of to replace my roof on a two-story 3500 square-foot house. It was not simple roof! They thoroughly inspected the roof before Giving a bid. The bid was surprisingly lower than the other companies, while using the same exact materials.(actually better in some cases)
I was very impressed with the professionalism of the office in supplying the details of the bid, Providing material color, choices, and scheduling the install.
The team of installers was very professional, and very careful with the installation and cleanup. They did outstanding work, with no shortcuts!

We shopped around for a roof replacement and Gresham Roofing gave the best price for the quality of the materials they use and the warranty. The whole process from beginning to end was faster and smoother than I expected. Brad was the one who walked us through everything from material/ color options, pricing and explained exactly what needed to be repaired and why (had a few plywood pieces that needed to be replaced) He even touched on some ventilation issues in our attic from our bathroom exhaust fans that we didn’t even know about (he showed pictures of some mold growing due to ineffective ventilation)- none of the three previous companies that came and inspected our roof to provide a quote never mentioned the ventilation issues or plywood pieces needing to be replaced. Brad was very knowledgeable and made sure our bathroom exhaust fans were hooked up correctly and that our attic vents were up to code! The roofers did a really solid job and didn’t leave a trace of debris in my yard afterward- they were very clean which I appreciated! They even went above and beyond to repaint the trim with paint we had before laying the shingles and after the job was done they made sure the entire mess was cleaned up. They DO NOT honor their Warranty! And are very DISHONEST!
I bought my house and the owners said that Gresham roofing had installed a new roof 3 mons prior but that it leaks in 2 places. They said they called them pretty much every day so that it was fixed before they sold the house. Owners said they never called them back and when they did talk to someone they would promise they would be out the next day but then would not show up. They assured me they warranty was transfer able.
So 1st of all they tried to screw my out of the warranty! The old owner had to get involved. Then I started calling months & months went by and they didn't show up and then they would tell me they came by and fixed it while I was gone. But it would be leaking exactly the same. Then I had to tell them they needed to come when I was home. This game went on for a year and my roof still leaked the same. Finally Lester told me that it was my gutters and not my roofing that was causing the leak because he didn't know how to fix it...I hired Continuous Gutter and he went as far as removing the gutter in this area. What a surprise!!! Yes, the roof STILL leaked. I have been in construction for 40 years and have installed a couple of my own roofs so know what I'm talking about but Gresham Roofing apparently thought I was stupid....
Finally, I called the owner Jason thinking I would get some help. Surprise again, he could not have been a bigger condescending rude punk. Saying he believed his guys so he wasn't gong to do anything further. I asked him to come look at the leaking roof himself that I had a Warranty but he refused. After discovering that the owner was dishonest and just an all around a bad person NOT to trust, I would never allow them to even enter my property. I hired a real roofing company who fixed the roof on their very 1st visit. Thanks McDonald!!! You guys are the best!
Save yourself a lot of headaches, frustration, time & money and DO NOT hire Gresham Roofing! There are so many more good roofing companies as options!

I highly recommend Gresham Roofing. They were very nice, did an incredible job replacing my roof. They cleaned up at the end of the day. My roof looks amazing. Can't say enough good things about the crew. If we need another roof, we will definitely use them again.

10 years ago I used Gresham Roofing for a roof replacement for a previous home.They did an amazing job and the price point was great! So naturally I called them to do some repair work on our current home. The estimator (sales) guy comes out. Gets out on the roof looks around and tells me "there's a lot of debri. This may cause the roof leak, but I am not sure." He shows me some images. One area certainly had a lot of debri, but could this cause cause a water leak? Maybe, but two other roofing company didn't see it that way. They were concerned about the debri on the roof, but belived my leaks were coming from an old Dish bracket and Pipe Jack. I have my roof maintenanced and it's in good shape.

Other images weren't as bad with debris.
He then showed me another area where granules have come off. This an area about 3 to 4 inches. A tree limb could have caused this and everywhere else roof granules are fine.

He then proceeds to tell me "we won't know what's going on with leaks until we get into it." I can understand that, asked for a ballpark price point. He then proceeds with our roof needs to be placed within 1 to 2 years. I believe his goal was to sell us a new roof rather than repair it. I asked him to email me with a bid for repairs. I never heard from him.

Two other roofing companies told me I have many years left on my roof. Glad I didn't trust Gresham Roofing this time around.

Gresham Roofing did such an amazing job on our previous home. It's a shame they went from being professional and serving the customer. To making a quick sale. When it comes time to replace my roof several years from now, I would have chosen Gresham Roofing. But not now.

I highly recommend Gresham roofing. Estimator called back that day and I had my quote within a week. Compared to the estimate from my insurance company, the estimated price was what it should be and fair. The installation team came on time, worked very hard and finished quickly.

Gresham Roofing put on our roof 25 years ago and it has survived all these years in windy Troutdale w/o any issues. The roof is old now and it needs replacing. Once the wind calms down for the winter we will have them back out for another 25 year roof.

We had what we thought was a roof leak, Gresham Roofing sent out a team to fix it and discovered dry rot around a bedroom window was the problem, they called me and said they would have Nick come out and look and give me an estimate. I told them I trusted them and to just fix it, the next day they had a crew at my house and replaced the bad wood and fixed the problem. My wife commented to me how polite and professional they were, when I got home I could not even tell they had been there, no mess at all, they emailed me a bill that I thought was very reasonable, they could have charged me twice what they did, great service, thank you. I have never written a review, but I have to say Gresham Roofing deserve a shout out. From the time I called the company requesting a bid, the time Lester came by to give me a bid, and the time the crew showed up to complete the roof repair, it was a great experience. Lester was awesome and took time to explain everything that he found wrong with my roof, and why it was leaking. He clearly explained what I should do, and why I should do it. Since I had a roof repair (not a ton of money from a roofer's point of view) he gave me options on what had to be done, one bid, and recommendations for things he would do to correct other issues in a second bid. I was so impressed by the way he presented himself and the company, I chose to accept both bids. The crew that showed up a few days later was very friendly, and clearly explained what they intended to do, and to make sure it was my understanding as well. I let them know it was, and they took off quickly to get started. Throughout the process whenever I poked my head out to check on their status they were quick to answer my questions and make sure I understood where they were at, and was ok with the direction they were headed. Lester stopped back by later in the day to make sure his crew was on track and there were no additional issues. After he spoke to his crew, he informed me of the progress and made sure I was satisfied with what I knew. I was. This was simply one of the best over-the-top customer service experiences that I have had in a long while.
