Had both home roof replacement and barn roof repairs performed by Innovators Construction. The owner was on site supervising and working along side his team. Any concerns or issues identified were promptly addressed and resolved. New roof looks great!

There aren't enough stars to give this team an adequate rating. After a previous contractor, whom we hired to update a tiny upstairs bathroom, ruined our WHOLE house with shoddy plumbing, it was Innovators to the rescue! They not only flawlessly handled all of our water damage repairs, but they were intuitive about how to go about it. They presented us with options and worked within our budget to not only repair, but make this old house better, more sound, and more valuable in the end. Every crew they sent in worked diligently, and actually seemed to ENJOY their workmanship, which was meticulous and worthy of pride. In the 30 years we have owned this home, we have never experienced such a high standard of caring and expertise. We wholeheartedly recommend Innovators Construction LLC.

They installed a new roof on my house and did some other work for me. The roof looks great! Andy and Nelson do great work. Very professional and they didn't talk down to us.

I cannot recommend Innovators highly enough! Nelson and Andres are both amazing people! We first called them about replacing our roof. When they came to give us an estimate, Andres crawled up in our crawl space to really get a good feel for what our insulation looked like and to see how the roof looked like from the underside. They made suggestions to us for things that should be done even if they weren't the contractor that did them. After interviewing other roofers, we decided to give Innovators our business. They added some insulation in a few places that didn't have it for a very reasonable price and did a top notch job with the air flow. Now, in the heat of the summer, the house is at least a 10 degree difference from the same heat last year. It is amazing! The roof looks beautiful! They came back to fix one little part immediately and we could not be happier! So, we have hired them for 2 other projects and been completely pleased with their work. Nelson is super easy to work with on the business side and Andres is a total perfectionist when it comes to his work. They installed a period dining room window for us and it looks stunning thanks to Andres careful attention to detail. They enjoy doing good work! We have them lined up for a couple more projects now. I almost don't want to leave such a good review because I don't want them to get any busier! We feel like they are family now though so we won't go anywhere else!

Nelson and his crew were all great to work with installing our new metal roof. It looks amazing. Very respectful of our yard and budget. Communication was very good whenever we had a question after business hours. Highly recommend.

Innovators was super pleasant to work with and made our first major remodel a positive experience. I plan to work with them in the future for sure. The team was very respectful of our space and working around the other things happening in the house during construction. We were surprised how clean they were and how often the 'reset' the space after each work day. We gave them a challenging job that not many build companies could understand, and they tackled it like true pros. Andre is an incredible team leader and was able to figure out all the challenging aspects of the job, consulting with me when necessary. We had one tricky issue that arose from not having enough detailed drawings of our vision (not their fault but mine!) , and instead of leaving me to deal with it they actually pulled a longer day to make sure I'm happy. It's really intense to pull the home apart for a job like this but these guys actually made it super positive experience and the skylight is AMAZING. Everyday we appreciate the expanded view and light that we get. Thanks to Nelson also who was a super pro project manager the whole time and kept us posted with great communication on scheduling and budget. We are grateful for this team .

We are really happy with the job Innovators did on our roof and the associated structural restoration of our eaves. We highly recommend them because they did high quality carpentry work and the crew are conscientious and friendly people to have around your home. They were also communicative and easy to do business with. You are in good hands with Innovators!

Innovators Construction removed our old roof and installed a new one, replaced two skylight windows and corrected connects from exhaust fans opened to the attic to the vents on the roof.

Nelson and team were easy to work, communicated consistently, offered a good price, and did very high quality work. They cleaned up after themselves.

The one problem (caused by the roofing material company's delivery driver) they offered to fix and even gave a respectable discount for the trouble, which I expect and hope they recoup from the supplier. We're very happy with the results and will work with them on our future projects.

We have used Innovators Construction several times now and these guys rock. Super nice, trustworthy, work hard and finish on budget!
