My husband and I are very pleased with the job that Sunland Roofing did in our home. Not only did they do a beautiful job on the roof but we're conscientious about replacing wood underneath that was old and decayed. They replaced all the trim around the house and painted it to match and highlight one of the colors on the roof we picked. Finally and for us most importantly, they dealt with our home insurance while I was undergoing chemotherapy my brain was not working to deal them. It was such a a peace of mind to have a company that cared about the job and what we were going through. Thank you again Sunland Roofing!

My experience with Rolman and the team from Sunland Roofing was FANTASTIC. My home looks much nicer as we changed to a different style tile and we could not be happier. The product, the price and the workmanship were top notch. I was even hosting a party during the process and the guys cleaned up everything so well no one knew how much work was happening above them. I would recommend Sunland to everyone. My neighbor used them and I was so impressed I asked for the name of the contractor and I'm so glad I did.

My roof was in terrible shape. Any wind would send shingles flying into my driveway. The part by the back yard looked like someone just ripped my roof apart. Definitely needed a replacement. My insurance (state farm) went out of their way to make it as difficult as possible to get my roof replaced. Adjustors showing up at a different time than what was agreed to, doing a terrible 5 to 10 minute inspection of the damages, and then denying my claim. Ervin went above and beyond to make sure that my roof would get repaired. He always followed up, answered the phone every time I called, and guides you through the process as the insurance does everything they can to NOT fix your roof. The claim approval took almost 4 months from beginning to the end, but Ervin always stayed in contact. Once the claim was approved, they got to work immediately and it took them 4 days to repair my roof. I wish I had before and after pictures to show the outstanding job that they did. Brand new shingles, replaced rotten wood, fresh paint job and also fixed a section that was not covered by insurance. Very happy with the work done. I would recommend Sunland roofing to anyone that needs their roof fixed. Profesional, courteous, and when insurance throws up road blocks, they fight for you. It's like having a roof lawyer. I have nothing but good things to say.

Very Positive Experience with Sunland Roofing.

The aging condition of the bitumen along with tiles damaged by my outgoing Internet Provider removing their equipment made the roofing project Priority 1 as the 2024 monsoon season actually started the same week.

Sunland sent an estimator promptly and stayed in communication via text message and email throughout the process.

Their Team arrived promptly at 5:30 am Monday through Thursday and completed the work.

Had repairs to our tile roof carried out by Sunland Roofing - a very good experience all round. Good professional communication, on time for all appointments, a professional written quotation with pictures documenting of all the issues to be fixed. On time for the work with in progress & after pictures taken. Final invoiced cost exactly as the quotation - I just wish all contractors worked this way - wholehearted recommendation based on this experience.
