A big corporation undercut his bid but they didn’t tell me they were using poor quality materials that would lead to future problems. They also tried to hide the fact that they didn’t include my patio in the bid.

Jose and Premier Roofing used much better underlayment for less than the corporate guys. He’s also very friendly and professional. My neighbor used him and referred him to us. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need.

Jose Castaneda came out quickly and did an inspection. Gave us detailed information on what needed to be done and why the roof was leaking. Gave us a few options that would fit our budget. Scheduled them to come out and they actually came out early. They were able to finish our job in one day. They left no trash behind. Premier Roofing did a top notch job for us from start to finish. Jose showed up right on time for the initial inspection and estimate. He was a true professional and gave us a thorough estimate in writing. When the job was in progress and they found some rotted plywood, he sent me pictures with his recommendation. He gave me the exact additional cost for the 1 sheet of plywood and labor for replacing it, with before and after pictures. I would recommend Premier Roofing to anybody who needs their services.
