Fix All

I called and talked to Lauren, who seemed very willing and helpful over the phone. However, when it came time to take down my info for the appointment, Lauren asked me to text her the info because she didn’t have a pen. She also asked me to state what the job was for and what day she was supposed to come. I thought this was a little strange but did as I was asked.

On the day of the appointment, Lauren ghosted me - I texted her again and she did not respond.

About five days later, my wife called again (plumbers are hard to come by in this town), and Lauren gave her the same treatment - polite, send me a text. Red flag for me. However, instead of ghosting us, this time she called an hour later back to say she’s just so busy that she’d have to move the appointment to the following day, but that she probably couldn’t make that one work either.

So, if you like playing some weird game of phone tag with no results, Fix All is the place for you!

Used this company for a drain clean. It took 3 times before the problem was fixed. Had to call and text for a week to get the final call back. I paid on the first visit and let her know within hours that the clog was not clear. I called and sent text messages for a full week before she returned. She promised they would return to run a camera down the pipe...never returned at least 5 calls and texts over another week of waiting. Good thing, since I learned her prices are double other plumbers. Good idea to pass up using this company and use a more professional provider.

Lauren came to my house at 8 in the evening, within 20 minutes of me calling and fixed the issue with my septic tank backing up and charged a very reasonable rate. I am so grateful for her prompt help and I would recommend her to anyone.

I am so grateful to Lauren. Despite having a full schedule she came out at 8 o'clock at night to install a water heater for us. We had been without water for two days.

Lauren and her crew are quality down home people. I called with a clogged septic line. Had just a two day wait time. She showed up on schedule. Jumped onto the fix-it. Got it done quickly, exactly. Made a point of calling me down to the tank to show me the workings and that the tank is in good shape. All for an eye-opener good price. I highly recommend Fix All.

Though it took several days, they did repair our plumbing issue. They were friendly and helpful. However, they do tend to over-promise their availability resulting in appearing later than promised--or failing to appear at all. The apologies are profuse afterward, but....

They came at 7;:30 at night to unblock our sewer! Nice people..I highly recommend them! It's great to be able to use water again!

They did an amazing job. They replaced my tankless water heater, replaced a toliet, and cleaned my washer screens at a reasonable price.
