Sundial solar installed our EV charger and were excellent. They communicated very well around scheduling, did great work, and were very friendly and informative during their visit.

These guys were just incredible. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and engaging. They upgraded my electrical panel and installed an EV charger. While I’m certainly not an expert in this space, from my lens, they did phenomenal work and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They were incredibly efficient and got the work done in a much shorter time frame than I anticipated.

These guys arrived when I was told to expect them, asked me were I wanted the EV charger installed in the garage, told me how they would run the wire and the limitations necessary because of my old breaker box panel, and were done the install in a few hours. Fantastic job!

Before we started working with Sundial Solar we spoke to several of their references. Everyone gave them glowing reviews and we now understand why. They just completed a very complex install of a FranklinWH whole house battery system for us, integrating our existing net-metering solar panels and our propane fired generator. While the FranklinWH system is amazing, so too is everyone at Sundial, from the President, Ryan and his office staff, to the crack installers/engineers Lucienne, and the two Brians, who designed our system and pulled it all together. They are professional, smart, creative, capable, and courteous people.

We had a tree fall and damage panels and a portion of our roof. Sundial provided a quote for repair and came to our home immediately to remove the panels so my contractor could complete the roof repair.

We had Sundial install a set of two Tesla Powerwall batteries to back up the solar panels on our roof as part of the GMP battery lease program in January 2024, and it's been working great.
The folks at Sundial were very easy to work with, from scheduling to the appointments themselves. The two Bens who came out do the site survey and then do the installation were very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions thoroughly about the installation all the way through to setting up the Tesla mobile app for monitoring the system.
The Powerwall system has been working great without a hitch. We've lost power briefly a couple of times, and the system kicked in automatically both times.
I heartily recommend going with Sundial for anything solar or battery related.

Last year, I was interested in solar and filled out quote inquiries from three different companies: Sundial Solar, Granite State Solar, and 603 Solar. Sundial Solar and 603 Solar both responded quickly with quotes.

I ultimately decided to go with Sundial Solar, and I could not be happier with the service I have received from Fuat from sundial.

Fuat was very responsive to my emails, texts, and phone calls. He always answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. I felt like he was truly invested in my success, and I appreciate his dedication to customer service.

Fuat and his installation team were very professional during the installation of our 31 panel, 12 kW rooftop array. After talking with 10 total solar installers at both the national, regional, and local level I knew what I wanted when I called Fuat. He was straightforward with me and gave me a good price. He was also communicative throughout the process and kept me informed on delays that were outside his control, like from the town or Eversource. Our system has been operational for 3 months no with no issues. Highly recommended!

The initial customer service and sales pitch was great. However the install was two months after initial promise date and we ended up having to go with a different panel supplier or move out the install to an UNKNOWN date. At this point I’m already paying for panels that are not installed so I go ahead with different vendor. The pitch again was that these were equal and I’d see no difference. At this point the full bill - payment hadn’t been made, so there is was incentive to ensure good customer service and response so communication was good.

Installation and turn on was May 27th. About 1 1/2 months into having the panels on July 17th (1) panel went out completely. I didn’t notice till 10 days later because why would a brand new panel quit.

I contacted Sundial… said they’re handle it. 8 days nothing… called Enphase and they said they had no inquiry into my issue. Online troubleshooting didn’t work so I once again contacted Sundial. Provided the report and problem and was told he’d get back to me. Another two weeks noting… finally in August 29th I get a text that the tech will be here on October 3rd to look at it. 2 1/2 months down a panel with NO… and I mean NO communication. Sucks that after they have been paid I’m last on the list for support.

I’d question if they are the right company.if they cannot support their existing customers and aren’t just out there to get paid for the initial install. I’m losing money everyday and it doesn’t matter to Sundial.

We evaluated three companies before choosing to work with Fuat and Sundial Solar. What set him apart was his knowledge and willingness to explain every aspect of the system as our questions arose. The installation went in on time and without any issues. We have been producing for the last three weeks and could not be happier.

Fuat installed a 39 panel array that looks great and the best part produces as expected. Shaun and team at Blay electric(installer) were great too. I worked with Fuat and Shuan of Sundial Solar, and was incredibly impressed with the service and product. We had a 19-panel system installed on our home in Exeter NH, and I am super excited to be producing energy and working soon eliminate my electric bill! As an engineer, I ask many, many questions! Fuat and Shuan were so patient and spent time to make sure I understood everything that was being done, and was satisfied. I spent a lot of time with the Sundial folks selecting the right install location for the panels, and they really helped me to arrive at what I feel is the best roof. My house is a bit of a challenge because we don't have many south facing roofs, and those that are, have very shallow pitch. It all worked out great, and I can't wait to monitor my production as time goes on!

Fuat at Sundial Solar was great to work with. He took the time to not just figure out the solar installation but helped us through all the other ways to benefit from our solar including selling carbon credits, tax breaks, net metering and changes to the home like changing to a heat pump water heater. The installation went quickly and it has performed flawlessly since.

The System that Fuat and Sun Dial Solar designed/installed for our home has been trouble free. We've been a "net-zero" home during much of the year. I am a retired mechanical engineer. I had a 6 KW solar system installed at my home by Sundial Solar in May 2017. The experience of working with Fuat and his installation crew was a very positive one. The system performs as it was predicted to. The installation was done professionally and neatly. It looks good , performs well , and the price was right. We are very satisfied with the overall project. We would not hesitate to engage Sundial Solar on future PV projects.

Loved working with Sundial Solar - listened to what we wanted for a system & explained all our options. We have been producing our own power for almost 2 years & very satisfied with our install & system!

It has been 2+ years (May 2016) since the ground install of my 28 panels. The installation went well with no real issues to speak of and the quality of work was good. All the permitting went smoothly and I was online and producing power as expected.

I have not had a bill for electricity since the installation. Did recently cut down the one remaining oak that cast a little shadow on the panels and the production has bumped up (I now have 1.2 MW in the bank so am feeling good).

Had one issue with one microinverter at about the 2 year mark and that was taken care of to my satisfaction (thanks Fuat!).

I would (and have) recommended Sundial Solar to others.
