Mark and his team did an excellent job. easy to work with sundance did roofing, siding, soffit and fascia. everything came out looking fantastic. great bunch to work with.

Mark Reuter took a check from me for over $20K to install solar panels on the roof of my house over four years ago, still have no solar panels and a pile of attorney bills trying to collect my money from this crook. I am not the only one he has done this to -- do a search with Department of Labor & Industry, Dakota County District court, MN State Court system, etc. Couldn't even comment on quality since he did ABSOLUTELY nothing - took money and ran with one excuse after another as to why he could not get the job done!

Please note that my parents do not speak or comprehend English fluently and both are over the age of 68 and 57 respectively. They contacted Sundance Companies Inc. for a roofing estimate as part of their door to door free no-obligation estimate. After shopping around with other contractors, they declined to go with Sundance. Unfortunately, Mark from Sundance claims he has a verbal agreement with my parents and is threatening court, with the caveat that he'd settle the case for $1000. After some research, the company's license was revoked in 2017 and has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Highly unprofessional and predatory scammer vibes. Based off of this ordeal, I wouldn't recommend this company.

MUST READ!! We were referred through my husbands boss to use Sundance and we can say without hesitation that this was hands down a great decision!!! It is so hard now a days to find a company you can not only trust, but also that is responsive to your questions, provides knowledge and integrity in the work they perform alongside offering affordable pricing. Mark and his team showed up when they said they would and did an amazing job on replacing our white trim around our garage doors and front windows (the new is gray.)When we saw such positive results from that project, we decided to have them give our deck a facelift with replacing several deck boards, all new railings and then staining. It was such a pleasure doing business with them. They can help you with several different projects including siding. If you are looking for an honest team, that does great work, call Mark Reuter now. You won’t be disappointed!
