Hi Kevin. I just want to commend you and your team on a job well done on my siding project. The Apple Valley Building inspector was here this am. He said 75% of siding inspections fail in Apple Valley. He said this was a “well done project with great attention to detail”. He was especially impressed with the “coils” at the roofline ( not sure I got that terminology right though). Great Job and Thanks Again! The workers took care in completing the project with knowledge, detail and hard work. They even took care around my baby ducks under the bush next to the house too! They were great!
Oh and of course the inspection passed with flying colors!

My wife and I had one of the greatest customer experiences working with Lindus Construction. Lindus installed a roof, gutters, doors, windows and sided the exterior of our home. The entire chain of custody from the Estimator, Project Manager, Scheduling, Customer Service, Clean Up Crew, Quality Inspection and the three teams that worked in very cold weather, met all our expectations. Milestones were met despite the sub-zero weather. Lindus Contruction is a well run company with excellent people. That quality of the service, and the workmanship says a lot about the company’s leadership. Thank you for a GREAT job.

Lindus Construction did an excellent job of removing and then reinstalling the existing LeafGuard gutters on my house in Minnetonka when I needed to have my roof shingles replaced. Eric Steingraber was very thorough and courteous in evaluating and setting up the project contract. He answered all my questions. I had the same work team of two wonderful young men, Jarett and Will, do both the removal and reinstall of the gutters (before and after the roof was replaced). They even handled a 75 foot one-piece gutter along the backside of my house with ease and grace. Jarett and Will were willing to explain steps in the project to me which I appreciated. They worked efficiently and safely together and knew exactly what to do. I am very pleased with the final result and am assured that my LeafGuard gutters are in proper position to last well for many years to come.

We hired Lindus to replace 3 windows in our house that had developed significant rot on the sills. After we selected the windows and they were built, an installation crew arrived, removed the old windows and installed the new ones. The interior frames had been pre-stained to match the stain of the old ones, so no additional work will be needed. Finally, the crew did an excellent job cleaning up before they left.

Many years ago I had Lindus Construction install Leaf Guard gutters on my home. They did a fantastic job and have kept me off the ladder for years. Recently I needed a very minor repair on one of my downspouts. I called Lindus and talked with Kelly about the repair. Within two hours the Lindus truck appeared and I met Austin who professionally fixed the downspout. WOW! a minor repair with Austin, was treated like a full window replacement. (Lindus also installs windows and we are going with them on the windows.) You cannot go wrong when calling Lindus!

I called Lindus for help with my storm door that was caught in a wind gust. The door wouldn’t close and the glass was loose and unsafe. Grayson Helgeson was here the next day and as my door was beyond repair, we discussed a new storm door. Grayson went above and beyond to make sure the old door was safe until a new one could be installed before he left. He gave me a lot of confidence in the team at Lindus. I definitely would give Grayson and Lindus a 5 star review and look forward to working with them.

Lindus did a wonderful job installing 2 replacement patio doors for us. We chose Marvin Infinity doors and Lindus is an authorized Marvin dealer.
The work was done on time and the doors look great. The installers were neat, organized and could answer my technical questions.
After the installation, everything was clean, the stain on the trim matched and the doors work great.
The whole process, from the salesman clear through installation, clean up and payment was stress free. Highly recommended.

In about 2017 I had Lindus install a storm door on my townhome. I heard on WCCO Radio that Lindus will, indeed, come out to work on even very small projects. Lindus lived up to their promise.

I needed to replace the weather striping on my newer storm door and on the 30 year old inside steel door. Wayne arrived on time. He looked at the doors and realized he did not have the correct weather striping to put on the new door. He left for Menards, was gone just a short time, came back with what he needed and finished up my very small project.

I am an older homeowner and now a bit leery of having people work in my house. Wayne was so pleasant and kind to work with. I am thrilled with the result this project, which has been on my “To Do” list since last summer is done.

Thank you Wayne and Lindus Construction for another job well done. I’ll let my friends know to give you a call first when they need any type of construction needs done.

We had 10 windows replaced and chose Marvin Infinity windows and Lindus Construction as the provider. We have used Lindus Construction for more than 20 years and have never been disappointed in the quality of work or the product they install. This time was no exception!

We are a long standing Lindus customers (windows and gutters in two different houses) and the reason is realized in the most recent project.

We hired Lindus to replace a window that was installed by a kitchen remodeler. The project had some hick-ups to it but the team performing the work and the scheduler in the office worked to resolve the issues.

Of particular note, the team that installed the window listened to the concerns and observations that were made to them and worked to resolve them to our satisfaction. We felt like we were part of the team and that our input mattered. I refer to this as "The Lindus Way".

We have a Lindus worthy project what we can, and do, share with pride.

I just wanted to share our experience with a service call we had today from Lindus. We purchased a new back door and Storm door that was installed in late December. The storm door had not been shutting properly, and Wayne from Lindus arrived to fix it. Not only did Wayne correct that problem, He thoroughly went through each function of the door, hinges, handle, shutting device, In some cases, he replaced the 3 month old parts because they weren’t working properly. By the end of his service call, We felt like we got a completely improved door from the manufacturer. In today’s service world, It is very rewarding as a customer, To see an employee of a company, care so much about making it “Right” for the customer. Kevin was very thorough explaining how the leaf guard gutters work. The day putting in the gutters was so cold but they carried on like it was no big deal. They were done by end of day. The whole process was so easy. Also, knowing the system was life time guaranteed. So glad I listen to WCCO (Denny) who told me about Lindus.

Tyler with Lindus did an amazing job of looking over my home and identifying some critical areas of need regarding insulation. I’ve spent my whole career in the trades and always enjoy learning new things and I definitely learned from Tyler. After discussing ventilation issues, Tyler suspected that behind my metal soffit there was an older layer of wood soffit that was never removed or at least opened up before a previous remodel installed the metal. After inspection Tyler was absolutely correct! I was pretty impressed with his analysis! If you’re looking for honest and insightful help with insulation issues with your home, I would highly recommend Tyler at Lindus.

Tyler was professional in his assessment of our house condition and did a great job explaining my options all without over selling. It turned out for my situation I did not need to book a big project.

They installed gutters on my garage, the price was reasonable and the job was done promptly and with excellent results.

Two Lindus employees, Wyatt and Eric, did a stellar job replacing my storm-damaged Leaf Guard Gutters. There was a problem at the beginning of the job, which Wyatt handled. I didn't have to worry about anything. They were hard working and very efficient. Wyatt answered all my questions and explained some of the improvements made to the current system. Upon completion, Wyatt took me on a tour of the new gutters and answered all questions. I am totally happy with the excellent job that they did.

Shawn called to let me know he was running late. Very much appreciated. He did excellent work and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Great experience. I had a few gutters replaced after almost 30 years!

My house is 30 years old, and I've never had my attic insulation evaluated. I felt I was overdue to get an inspection and I contacted Lindus Construction via their website. I received a call in a matter of minutes to schedule an inspection. A few days later, Kevin McKeague came out and conducted a thorough inspection. The good news was that I had adequate insulation and there was no need to add any more. The bad news was that he identified some mouse activity that I will need to address. Highly recommended contractor!

Lindus Construction replaced 10 of our windows in our house with the Marvin Infinity windows. We were very impressed with the whole process from the sales person to the communication with the office personal on scheduling to the excellent craftsman that did the install and their attention to detail was spot on. Having over 40 years in the construction industry I can definitely recommend Lindus Construction .

Prior experience with Lindus has been great. Our last experience did not go well. It took over 17 days from start to finish just to replace my gutters. Multiple adjustments had to be made after the initial installation. The people who came to do adjustments had to come back Multiple times because they did not bring the correct materials. Additionally, the crew that installed the gutters put such a step angle on them (1" of drop over 15' of length) you can visually see the slope from 50 yards away (it does not look very well and stands out).
The lindus company as a whole does good work but the crews I had were new, had little experience, and poor workmanship standards.

Kevin kept me posted on his ETA, was professional throughout his visit and offered solid, honest advice. I appreciate his integrity and work ethic - we’ll definitely call Lindus for any home projects from here on!

The staff did a professional job in the finished project looks great! The price is much higher than the competitors but I am a repeat customer for a reason. The quality, design and look of their product is second to none. It truly is “Set it and forget it”. You’ll never have to get up on a ladder again to clean out your gutters.

Everyone I worked with were very helpful & responsive. As far as I can tell, they used top quality materials.

My experience was amazing with these guys from start to finish. The in home estimate I felt I was listened to about my concerns and desires. With having valleys and peaks I was provided a very logical and in depth explanation of what, why, and how the design came about for my gutter and gutter guard project. I also made it a point to let the gentleman do what his area of expertise is. We signed the contract, and I posted my, what I felt was more than fair and reasonable down payment or deposit if you will, immediately. I felt heard and respected in regards to the immediate and long term concerns in regards to watershed from the roof (no gutters to begin with).

It took a bit to get scheduled, but we’ve had a substantial amount of rain this year. When I called and spoke with the scheduler, to just touch base, she was very polite, apologetic, and reiterated the weather conditions so far this year in a very polite, respectful, and professional matter. She advised me of when I could anticipate hearing from her to get the project on the books and delivered on the timeline!

***Over the top good rant *** these guys have their sh*t together! They leverage technology well. I was called while at work to schedule the install, unfortunately I couldn’t answer, but was left a voicemail, and I was texted, but offered the opportunity to communicate with the scheduler via text! I thought this was awesome, but was apprehensive figuring, yup I’ll text and not hear a thing until tomorrow….. completely FALSE! Instead I received responses within 5 minutes, and was able to provide insight in regards to living alone with two dogs, asked her to forewarn the crew and to let them know I would touch base with them when I got home from work prior to letting them out and giving them the courtesy to have the dogs leashed and let them know. And you know what……. She actually let these guys know!

When I got home I touched base with the guys, they were very polite, greeted me with a smile, and let me know where they were at with the job without being asked. They had to move a few things I didn’t think to, but let me know, and said that they hoped it was ok almost apologetically (no guys do what you have to do to get it done safely and comfortably), but they also put it back rather than just leaving it! Checkout was a breeze with online payment as well.

In all honestly, I didn’t revive a survey, or anything. I actually texted the scheduler after the fact, told her how much I appreciated everything and if she could let the guys know. She acknowledged my text after project completion, and only at that point did Andrew Lindus ask if I’d leave a Google review. I feel Lindus is a top notch, quality, and considerate local provider of services. I will definitely be using them again when needed!

My experience was excellent. The sales team, scheduling/logistics coordinator, and installers were all great to work with. The installers were not only fun and professional to work with during installation, but they may have left our house cleaner than they found it. Now we hope the windows will perform as promised over the long term, and that lies with Marvin. But Lindus is a great company with great people

I had Lindus Construction come to do an inspection after a storm in our area. Grayson Helgason arrived on time. He did a thorough inspection and provided a nice video of the entire inspection. He finished the inspection and told us our roof was great and there was no problem. What I loved was that he didn’t try to sell me anything beyond what was expected in the visit. He noticed that there was some dirt stuck on our roof while he was inspecting it and cleaned it for us for free. It was such a kind gesture and I really appreciated it. Grayson in my opinion went above and beyond what was required. Thank you for the great experience! I would definitely recommend Lindus Construction and specifically Grayson to my friends and family!

We recently wanted To add space to our existing deck so that all of our outdoor cooking equipment could be put on the deck. Lindus provided a very competitive bid and we’re very knowledgeable of what we could and could not do with this extension. They were chosen for their knowledge and their competitive pricing. I was very impressed and happy with our sales consultant Tyler. Top notch pro! The crew was great. I am still waiting for my before and after photos of our attic. I am confident it looks 100% better. The reason I gave 4 stars is the communication with the crew wasn't great in the first couple days but they made up for it in the end.

He was thorough, kind, and extremely LOW pressure, which is one of my biggest stressors in getting estimates for house projects. So that was great. We feel we got the best value for the quality of product we were shown.
On top of this, the weekend after we received this estimate, my dad passed away and Brian was very understanding and kind in our email communication. He understood my delay in responding to the estimate. I had a few follow up questions to which he was very responsive to. Quality work from start to finish. Kevin did an outstanding job explaining the benefits of Leaf Guard and preparing an estimate. He kept in touch with me along the way, updating me on an expected start time. Drew and Jake also provided excellent service as installers: polite, professional, and willing to work in challenging weather conditions (windy AND cold). They also cleaned up after the job was finished--a real blessing, as I have small dogs who like to chew on just about anything. I can recommend them highly and have already shared information with several of my neighbors.

My neighbor had new gutters installed I seen who installed them, so I looked at them, and then I called Jake Calleja the sales representative for a quote for the roofing and gutters very helpful, the people in the office Brittney, Kelly, and Bob Strom were very helpful. Roofing Project started on a Thursday and was done that day, and Friday Andrew Staberg project manager stopped in to go over the roofing project with me and to drop off some vents for the soffit that would help in that area, and told me that the Gutters installer would put them in, ask him about the facial after they took the gutters off, he passed on for material to the gutter people. The Gutters was installed 2 weeks after, and Jeff was very informative about what I was expecting, little more cost for material and labor but well worth it, Thanks to Lindus Construction for all the help.

I made an appointment for an insolation inspection.
Eric from Lindus came over the next day. He did a very thorough inspection explained everything he found, and answered all my questions.
He told me that everything was fine with what I have. After a 2 hour inspection I asked him if they would send me a bill or do I pay now. He said no, we do that for free. I was speechless!

Have been a Lindus Construction customer for a number of years now. From the installation of new windows on the house, the improvement of the attic insulation, and now the installation of LeafGuard gutters, the team from Lindus Construction have always been very professional and their work second to none. Kudos to the entire Lindus Construction team!!

Already had gutters installed by them some time ago but had a room added so part of them had to be removed. So I called and asked them to come and see if we could save any of the existing materials and develop a plan for the addition. They were willing to reuse all they could, which I appreciated for cost and to help conserve our earth. And they came shortly after the project was completed and put them back up. Throughout, they were just easy to work with.

Lindus just finished up a full exterior remodel (roof, windows, doors, siding, gutters) + a new garage build for my home. It was a great experience overall from start to finish and I appreciated the quality of workmanship of each of the teams. The materials and quality of work of the Lindus teams are what set them apart from other contractors in the Twin Cities. I felt any hiccups were handled promptly, and Kevin from the siding team was a team member that stood out as someone who truly seemed to care about the project. I had a very small gutter repair & replacement job (from a tree limb that came down on it) and the 2 guys that came out and did the work definitely did a 5 star job - once they got out to do the work. I put the deposit down last fall and just got the work done now - March. I hope that’s a function of the tight labor market and not just that it was a very small job and that they had to come all the way from Wisconsin to Bloomington MN. So I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and give them the 5 stars.

After a day reschedule due to illness, the installation went smoothly. The supervisor suggested some additional drainage maneuvers for spots with heavy fall off and I appreciated that. We got replacement after hail damage and it took 3 months to get on the schedule, but not a big problem. I was happy not to pay the current price which was double what we paid years ago.

The guys not only did a great job installing my gutters but gave me wise advise about how to install a French Drain to get to water away from my foundation at same time as watering my conifers.

I had very positive experience with Lindus Construction. They showed up a day earlier than scheduled to replace my Leafguard gutters which were damaged during last summer's hail storm. They replaced the gutters and reinstalled the heat tape in the one section of gutter. The clean-up and removal of the old gutters was exceptional.
I also had Lindus replace a section of damaged door trim on my garage door. They replaced the trim only to realize the color did not match as closely as the rest of the door. There are many different shades of white for the trim. I probably would not have immediately noticed the difference. However, Jeff from Lindus, immediately noticed the difference and took it upon himself to find a coil of material to match the color on the door to the rest of the door. I thank Lindus for the extra effort and the professionalism they exhibited to complete the project.

Lindus intstalled new roof on my house and garage and I'm extremely pleased. Kevin McKeague was excellent to work with, he kept me informed during the process with the insurance come and was great to work with. Andrew Staberg and the install crew were amazing. They worked incredibly hard to insure the house and garage were completed before the storms were coming. They were super friendly and cleaned up after their very long day.I highly recomend Lindus Construction. This was the second project they've done for me and I have been thoroughly pleased.

I had lindus install leafguard a few years ago we had a strong storm come through a few weeks ago knocking down trees. Logan Birr came out and did inspection told me roof and leafguard look great . This tells me lindus sells and install very high quality products and honest sales reps. Lindus stands for Honesty and high quality highly recommend lindus we use them for our next home improvement
