Signed a contract with these folks and had to cancel very last minute due to sudden funding issues (roof job occurring at same time ended up being twice what I was originally quoted). They let me cancel without giving me a hard time (despite having every right to do so). Don't do this to them like I did. But they definitely earned my future business because of this.
