Asked to do an inspection and the assessment person found no problems even though an inspector found problems with flashing and vent caulking. Sun roofing seems to be incompetent . They found no problems with my roof even though an official inspection found otherwise.. When confronted with their work they became frustrated. So much for thei customer service.
