I waited a few weeks…. Then called and emailed…. With little to no response.
After 2 months of waiting I was told that they weren’t going to fix my roof.
I would NEVER work with this company!!
I got their quote and liked it, but the communication quickly deteriorated.
Took too long to get scheduled, and the response was frustratingly slow.

In the beginning they were awesome! They came out right after I called… I got their quote and liked it. After 7 roofers came out. Then I was told that I would be put on the schedule…. I waited a few weeks…. Then called and emailed…. With little to no response… I finally got a hold of the secretary. She told me after a month of waiting that I would be on the schedule in 2-3 weeks. That the owner would call me that afternoon to schedule me…. I waited… after 2 months of waiting I was told that they weren’t going to fix my roof… I would NEVER work with this company!! After moving from the mid west to here…. No one in the south really wants to work and if they do they aren’t very good tradesmen… Very disappointed!!

After having multiple local roofing companies come and take a look at my roof...and then never following up, I was pretty disappointed.

Bryan showed up, on-time, and diagnosed the issue -- that no one else found -- and made repairs on-site immediately. I am totally impressed with this company, and they will be the only ones that I will contact going forward.

Brian has done 2 roofs for me and his guys do great work quickly.
He did a rental then my personal home in Huntsville. I got a new underlayment, architectural shingles and went to a ridge vent with ridge vent shingles. The roof still looks good. They are polite and stay with it till the job is done and clean up. I will use them again if I need a new roof.

We are a retired judge and a retired school teacher who are careful about our home where we have lived for over 40 hears. We could not be more pleased with the job that Stuart Samples and Summit Roofing did for us. Their crew worked literally from sun up to sun down and were spic and span in their cleanup. Now we have all new plywood, new shingles and a 10/50 year labor/shingles warranty that will outlive us. And the price was less than several other bids we got. Thanks, Mr. Samples, for a job well done.

Did a fantastic job! On time, friendly and hard workers! Went with the architectural shingles and very pleased with the updated appearance of my home!
Spring forward 1 week later..we survived an ef2 tornado that ripped a gate off our fence 3 feet away from our house with 23 trees down and guess what?? Not a shingle missing from our new roof ! Now all of our neighbors are wanting their number! Good job Summit!

Use these guys you will not regret it! Terrific job at a great price! Not pushy!

I moved into my home and immediately noticed a number of leaky spots. I had multiple roofers to the house, each one was more pushy than the next in trying to sell me a new roof which would have cost thousands of dollars. When Summit came out they provided a free assessment of the roof and showed me the exact problems, which the others had missed. They said the roof needed to be patched in some areas and did not require replacing. After giving me a great quote for the repair they suggested I make the patch job a DIY job for under $15. After giving me a list of materials and instructions I fixed it all for $13, saving me thousands of dollars.

Since the last roofer who installed my house did a poor job, they have come out a few times to troubleshoot other areas of the roof. In that time they have done a few of odd jobs on the roof. I can always count on them to do a terrific job for a great price. Thanks Summit!
