Summit Roofing and Gutters completed a roofing project for me in the spring of 2024. What first seemed to be a basically straightforward job, became more complex due to a number of unforeseen factors. The process from start to finish entailed several delays, but ultimately the project was completed beyond my expectations. The quality of the materials was higher, plus several additional zoning expenses were graciously absorbed by the company. We had a second home re-roofed by Summit Roofing and Gutters and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We received multiple quotes for the job and Summit’s was both reasonable and, in our judgment, the best value. From the beginning to the end, they were responsive to our needs, professional and customer oriented. For example, the owner Darren managed our project from start to finish and was our primary contact. When there was an unexpected increase in cost, he offered to split it with us. They showed up to do the work when promised and completed it promptly. He sent us photos each day so we could monitor progress. We highly recommend Summit Roofing and Gutters.

I contacted them for what I thought was a small gutter repair. After the drone pictures we found the entire fascia, soffit and gutter were coming off the side of the house. Dirk and everyone at Summit Roofing and Gutters were very helpful. They checked the roof and found it in need of replacing also. Then they worked with my insurance company to get it all taken care of. I highly recommend these guys for any roof or gutter needs you may have.

Over a year ago, Dirk at Summit Gutters had given me a great quote for a full gutter system, and a included a few repairs needed. Customer communication was excellent and the installers did a great job. Over a year later, we noticed some water pooling and some issues with the gutters. I contacted Dirk regarding the issues. Within a day, Dirk had a crew to the location, had contacted me regarding the concerns, and had everything fixed within the same day. We were extremely happy with Dirk the first time around, and their great service and work was solidified the second time around.

I used Summit to repair my leaking gutter and was extremely pleased with their service. Tom, the owner, responded within a a couple of hours to my inquiry about getting a quote and scheduled a time for the following day to stop by. He inspected the leaks and provided me a quote that I felt was a fair price. Being a little job I appreciate the difficulty of getting it scheduled. Looking at the major storm that was approaching in a couple of days I asked if at all possible to get it scheduled prior to that. Tom was able to fit me in. Justin, who repaired the leaks, showed up right on time and was very professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and completely cleaned the work site when he was finished. I give Summit 5 stars.

Summit Roofing inspected our roof and said it needed to be replaced. The insurance company initially said there was nothing wrong with it! Summit fought them so they sent out another adjuster who agreed we did in fact need a new roof! Summit has dealt with the insurance company every step of the way and we now have a beautiful new roof!

Summit Roofing completed a new roof on my home in July. I was most impressed with the way the job was managed. The material arrived on monday and the entire job was completed the next day. I needed the shingles to match the current roof I was replacing and the job was completed perfectly as promised. I would recommend Summit....

We are first time home buyers of a 1955 home with original gutters. YIKES. They were beat up and cracked and all sorts of wonky. Dirk and his team did a hell of a job. They took their time getting the old gutters off and made sure not to damage the shingles or flashing. We found some soffit and fascia rot which caused the install to be delayed until that was fixed and as soon as it was, they came back and finished the job. They basically color matched the gutters to the new paint we put on the soffits and fascia and it looks so good now. No more leaks, all seams are sealed, and the biggest thing that I am grateful for is they moved 2 downspouts in the worst spots ever and worked with the slope of the roof and gutters and everything works perfectly.
