We recently worked with Summit First Construction to get our roof replaced due to hail damage in the area. It was a great experience working with the Summit team from our very first meeting with them to any and all questions we had along the way. Ash and his colleagues have been very transparent about the entire process and they are very responsive, and communicative, which we appreciated.  Ash took the time to listen to us and patiently addressed our questions and concerns. They were available for inspections and taught us quite a bit about this entire process. They even helped us identify damages to our personal property and recover the loss. Everything was on-time and I appreciate that he points out things on the roof that the insurance company will try to omit or glaze over. Great customer service and he's using some really great tech. Ash is super professional and knowledgable. It is important to realize that these insurance companies are not for us homeowners. And after the hail damage in the past few months, cause for concern of seeping water damage in roofs is warranted; thankfully, Summit First Construction has a LiDAR drone to provide even further technical analysis on your roof!
