Summit Construction Hardscape is a very professional company that delivered a high quality job at a very good price. They stayed in communication throughout the entire project to assure our satisfaction. The company is definitely our go to for all of our future projects!

Summit handled a large project for us that involved tearing out and expanding a patio area and building a covered deck above it. The final product came out beautifully and greatly improved the appearance and function of our outdoor space. Jake was very easy to work with on site. I appreciated his creativity in solving some of the design challenges we encountered And his patients and answering many questions from me. We did have some communication hiccups at times during the project, but the communication really improved as the project went on.

I hired Jake with Summit Construction Hardscape to level and spread crush and run to make a spot for boat and trailer parking at the end of our barn. He was very courteous and listened to what I wanted done. He did great work an at a very fair price. He arrived when he said he would for the quote and was here when he said he would do the work. That there is hard to find today a company that keeps it word.. I recommend him and his company.

Jake did a phenomenal job transforming our backyard. From identifying a major issue with our existing retaining wall to planning out the best use of our space, we were able to make a nightmare into our dream yard. We called Summit with a rather small project (replacing a few steps and adding handrails).They were super gracious and willing to accept the project, and they quickly fit us into their schedule. The new cement steps are great, and the new handrails look fabulous. We’re very appreciative of their work and we’d definitely call them again!

Jake and his team were extremely knowledgeable and talented. They were able to quickly figure out what needed to be done and fix my mother's back porch issues quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and low pressure on estimates and a great value for the quality of work. Also kept area neat and tidy without work debris and trash all over. Will definitely be calling them back to work again on other projects.

When a person has to wait over a week for a simple quote that they paid for in advance just to be told “don’t bother me on my day off” that’s unprofessional . When a business threatens a client saying “i know where you live” then proceeds to call their property “trash” is unprofessional. Don’t act unprofessional and then be upset when someone who spent money already for your services to be delayed with no notice gets upset or “irate”.

We found Summit Construction Hardscape after a plethora of searching for the right company for us. After a short talk with Jake, my wife and I found him to be very personable, honest, and a fellow family-centered person. He and his crew made our dream a reality. Our project included block steps, French drain, pavers, Trex decking and a small retaining wall. They crushed it! Thank you!!

Jake built us an exceptional retaining wall at a very competitive cost. But beyond that, he also did a number of other nice things for us without charge. Like building a new staircase, cutting down a tree, even fixing a broken water spigot. I can highly recommend him if you need work done at your house.

The guys did a great job of tearing out an old deck and wooden timber retaining wall. The new stone wall looks so much better as does the new deck. I was very impressed with the heavy duty 6x6 posts and that they notched the beams to saddle the joists instead of just using 4x4's and scabbing them on. Details like that really make a difference.

Summit Construction Hardscape recently completed a retaining wall for our swimming pool and we couldn't be more pleased with the project. The wall looks really nice and fits in as if it had been part of the original construction. Jake graded out my back yard where it meets the driveway so I could park my trailer back there. He showed up on time and did what we had discussed. It was a small job for him (took less than an hour with his skid steer) but saved me a bunch of time and my back. Paid when the work was competed; no surprises. Thanks!

Jake and his team did a fantastic job renovating the garden beds around our home, removing trees/shrubs, installing downspouts, retaining walls, and a new patio. He went the extra mile several times to ensure the project would be completed in time for an outdoor party we were planning. He was willing to use some of the materials we had on hand and collaborate with us for the design we wanted. He even gave us a little gift for our son's birthday at the end of the project. Jake and his crew did a wonderful job replacing my old brick retaining wall with a versa-lok system with steps and burying a pvc pipe for gutter. I really love it. He didn’t complain when I asked him to modify something I didn’t like so much. It’s great quality and reasonably priced. I would recommend him to others and use him again for other type of projects.

Summit built a small concrete block retaining wall in my backyard against the hill below my A/C unit. They also built a wooden staircase right next to it. These improvements were both functional and attractive. I was very pleased with the results! They did a really good job for a great price.

It either took to long to respond, over priced, etc. I called this company & the same day I got an fair estimate and timeframe for service. Not only was my deck complete, it was complete before estimated timeframe. Communication was prompt & professional and work was done with quality and speed.
